“Amazing days in Istria”
+Really enjoyed our stay as a family of four. The villa is exactly as shown in the pictures. Very clean, spacious with huge comfortable beds. The exterior is lovely, we spent most of our time at the pool. The location is quiet and convenient, if you have a car. There are some nice walking paths in the vicinity that take you through olive groves and vineyards. The greatest feature of this villa however is the staff. Nothing was too much for them. We travelled with little children, so they sorted a cot. Our flight arrived really late, so they found a solution for a super simple check-in. The shops were closed on our first day, so they did the shopping for us beforehand. We had a birthday during our stay, they provided a cake. We can't thank them enough for making our stay so enjoyable! When you come to Istria, book this villa!

+We had a wonderful stay at this holiday villa. Everything was perfect - the villa was beautifully maintained and offered great amenities such as a sauna and jacuzzi. Unfortunately, due to the winter season, we were not able to use the swimming pool, but we are sure it must be fantastic in summer. The location is excellent, very close to the town of Poreč and conveniently near the highway exit. A special mention goes to the owner, who was extremely kind, welcoming, and helpful. We would definitely recommend this villa and would be happy to return.

+Miren okoliš, privatnost, gre za polovičko dvojčka, a sosedov ne vidiš. Postelje zelo udobne, kuhinja ima vse kar rabiš, zunaj pokrit kotiček, plinski žar. Bazen dovolj velik za malo plavanje in ohladitev. Blizu je restavracija, kjer se za vsakega kaj najde.
−Edino, kar bi dodal, je kakšen komarnik, drugače pa čista desetka 🙂

“Krásná vila s dokonalým soukromím a skvělým venkovním zázemím”
+Vila je opravdu nádherně řešená v moderním venkovském stylu a už na první pohled působí velmi útulně a promyšleně. Interiér je kompletně vybavený pro pohodlnou prázdninovou dovolenou a velkým plusem je, že každá ložnice má vlastní koupelnu; v prvním patře navíc nechybí ani vana s vířivkou. Velmi povedený je také venkovní prostor - bazén je krásně zakomponovaný do zahrady, jejíž vzrostlá zeleň vytváří příjemný pocit naprostého soukromí. Na zahradě se nachází zastřešená terasa s plynovým grilem, velkým stolem a dřezem, takže prakticky funguje jako plnohodnotná venkovní kuchyně. Parkování přímo před domem je naprosto bezproblémové. Velmi příjemná byla také paní, která nám předávala klíče, a milým detailem na přivítanou byly dvě lahve vína připravené ve vinotéce.
−Během pobytu jsme nenarazili na nic, co bychom mohli vile nebo jejímu vybavení vytknout.

+Alles in allem, war es ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war sauber und wir wurden rundum gut betreut.
−Wir waren 3 Wochen dort, der Pool hätte vielleicht einmal mehr professionell gesäubert werden können, das war aber nur eine Kleinigkeit. Man kann ihn vor Ort selber mit einem Kescher reinigen.

+La casa està molt bé a només 12m de Porec. 2 habitacions àmplies i 2 banys amb dutxa. És comfortable i està neta . Hi ha rentadora I sabó per rentar la roba. Cuina equipada però faltaven algunes coses per ser més funcional. Una piscina I un jardí fantàstic. Lloc tranquil I amb altres villes al costat
−Falten penjadors per les tovalloles als banys, tant les de bany com les de mans. A la cuina faltaven coses bàsiques: draps de cuina, baieta per netejar l'encimera , paper de cuina. Hem trobat el preu una mica elevat .
