“Exceptional property”
+Everything was amazing. We truly appreciated our host who genuinely cares about guest comfort. You can't learn or fake this, you are born with it! :) Freshly renovated property with so much character. Host has made significant effort to create cozy and homelike atmosphere. Meanwhile including everything you might need during your stay. Comfortable bed and pillows. Exceptionally well equipped kitchen and bathroom. Quiet neighborhood. Cozy living room to unwind after a long day on a beach or exploring surrounding nature. 30 minute drive to Vai palm beach and other wilder beaches. Sitia is just few minutes away by car. Thank you so much for the useful gifts as well! So tasty! :)

“EXCEPTIONAL STAY”
+The house was very clean, well lit, with all possible facilities including a washing machine, coffee machine and beach equipment (umbrellas, beach towels etc). Host was very helpful throughout the whole stay - he even brought us his own honey and olive oil and gave us plenty of recommendations. There is free parking next to the house and a fantastic local taverna where we ate on all 4 nights as it was that good. Rooms were spacious, clean and cozy.

Pantelis' hospitality deserves special recognition. His responsiveness and willingness to answer our questions immediately reflect his professionalism and strengthen trust with the guest. His emphasis on creating a ''homely'' environment makes the property a high-value choice for a large portion of guests, as it exceeds the expectations of a typical vacation rental property.

“A true gem”
+Amazing host and the accommodation was stunning. Newly converted to a very high standard with all mod cons. Tavernas minutes walk away, a true gem. We loved every minute of our stay and wish it could have been longer. Host lives next door and is always at hand for any questions, he was really helpful and nice.

+It was a lovely home very well thought out. It had a really nice area outside for coffee and breakfast. Being on one level it was ideal as I was recovering from an operation. It's location was excellent being only a few minutes from the square with coffee shop and tavernas.

+Мы остановились на вилле всего на один день, и потом очень пожалели, что не забронировали больше. Сразу стало понятно, что отсюда совсем не хочется уезжать. Пантелис встретил нас невероятно тепло и оказался не просто вежливым хозяином, а по-настоящему гостеприимным человеком. Оставил нам так много приятных и вкусных подарков, окружил заботой и сразу сделал так, что мы почувствовали себя желанными гостями. Это было невероятно приятно и совершенно искренне и даже с учетом известного Критского гостеприимства превзошло наши ожидания :) Дом великолепный! Там есть буквально всё! Дизайн просто ВАУ!!! Супер-продуманное освещение! Полностью оборудованная кухня, отличная современная техника, удобная красивая мебель, прекрасная терраса с барбекю и огромное количество полезных мелочей. Всё новое, качественное, безупречно чистое и очень продуманное. Можно приехать практически без вещей и всё равно чувствовать себя максимально комфортно. Спальни очень уютные и кровати очень комфортны для сна. Видно, сколько труда и души Пантелис вложил в этот дом! Место нам тоже очень понравилось. Милая, спокойная критская деревушка, приятно прогулятся, поглазеть. Совсем рядом находится отличная таверна. До пляж

+Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel. La maison est divinement décorée, elle est équipée de tout ce dont vous aurez besoin durant votre séjour et même beaucoup plus. En arrivant dans la maison vous trouverez une multitude de petites attentions qui montrent à quel point votre hôte est soucieux de votre confort.
