“Perfect”
+Everything about the property was excellent. The location was perfect, only a 15 minute walk from the old town with two supermarkets 5 minutes from the villa. The villa had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable, including numerous supplies and toys to entertain our 12 month old. Luka and Kristina really went above and beyond to make us feel at home and welcome including milk, ham, cheese and bread etc in the fridge when we arrived. I can’t recommend the property enough and we will definitely return if we come to Split again.

“Exceptional - the house, the area and the host”
+The house was spotless and the attention to detail was exceptional - the house has everything you will need. We loved our holiday here. The location is perfect you don't need a car as everything is in walking distance and we felt very safe in the area. This will be a holiday that will be remembered by us all. Luka the host was also a delight, nothing was too much trouble and his communication with us was brilliant making the whole process from arriving to leaving stress free.

“A very relaxing stay in a lovely quiet and immaculately clean house.”
+Villa KaTess was immaculately clean and the perfect size for us - 2 adults and 2 teens. Everything we needed and more was provided. The outdoor space and pool were lovely and peaceful with plenty of areas of shade and loungers to relax on. There was also a nice shaded seating area for meals. The location to Split centre and the beach was great - both 10 mins walk. And the supermarket and bakery were just at the bottom of the road. 3 outstanding things 1. Our flight was about 4 hours delayed so we didnt arrive until 1.30am and Luka was there to welcome us and show us around the house. Kristina had also left some food and drinks in the fridge for us because we arrived so late, which we were very grateful for. 2. There was a quite spectacular and unexpected storm one morning we were there and Luka called to check we were ok and spent the whole morning cleaning up the garden and pool area of the debris that the storm left behind so we could use it again 3. We couldn’t get into our next accommodation until the afternoon and we were able to leave our bags at the house until we wanted to leave. All in all we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend the villa to anyone visiting Split.

“Exceptional”
+We had a fantastic stay in Villa Ka Tess. The place was immaculately clean. The owners were so thoughtful & considered everything that anyone could need. They were extremely friendly & offered some very good advice on what we could do in Split & information on the surrounding areas. The pool was lovely, again immaculately clean. If we return to Split we will most definitely stay here again. I would have no hesitation in recommending this property.

“Host Luka was very friendly and kept us up to date through WhatsApp. Was there for arrival and departure. Couldn’t have”
+This is a beautiful home which was extremely well maintained to a high standard with a Great location 10 minutes walk into old town and 5 minutes from supermarket . Was fully supplied with essential amenities for us . Really loved the nespresso coffee machine the modern ac units in every room and the very clean garden and pool .

“Exceptional”
+Our flight arrived much earlier than the check-in time, but Luka the host had the villa ready for us when we arrived so that we could start our holiday straight away. He showed us around the villa and suggested trips and must see places, he even suggested some lovely restaurants to try. The Villa was lovely, clean, cosy and peaceful. The nearby beaches are stunning and clean. Split is a beautiful place to go and explore. We absolutely loved our stay here and would definitely stay at this Villa again.
