9.0+Nice two bedroomed villa, one room with view to rice fields. Loved getting breads etc from the bakery 5 mins walk.
−Not the villas fault - its just the traffic in main part of Ubud, sometimes stuck not moving or crawling for minutes at a time. Took 20 mins to get 1km! If you can, use grab motorbikes for quicker and cheaper travel.

10.0“Probably won’t stay anywhere else now!! We love Villa Karma and Ubud!”
+Everything! Beautiful garden and pool area, rooms were spacious and comfortable, bathrooms were well set up and very nice. We also loved seeing Bocil a couple of times, he was so cute and a nice little guy. Couldn’t have been happier with our stay we will be back definitely and can’t wait to stay again.

7.0“Good value, quiet location”
+Great value villa in a quiet location, but a quick 10 min walk from hustle and bustle. Comfy beds, nice little pool - a much better option than just a room in a hotel. Staff were cleaning when we arrived (we were early) and they kindly let us store our bags and then let us check in early once they were done. Overall really great value.
−Host forgot to tell us how to open the dodgy gate - so that we were locked in unable to unlock it to get out, having to yell out to get someone's attention - luckily the gardener in the lane heard us and got the owner to open the gate for us. An important thing to remember to advise guests. A compendium with information on local sites, laundry etc would be useful. Felt like the villa needed a good thorough clean. There was mouldy food left in kitchen shelves and bathroom drains need a good clean out - as had to remove drain cover to let shower drain as it was flooding the bathroom.

10.0“A beautifully maintained and thoughtfully equipped villa with stunning views, offering a truly comfo”
+I would rate this villa very highly for a comfortable and memorable stay. It is a beautifully maintained 2-bedroom villa that feels exceptionally clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. One of the bathrooms is particularly impressive which is over 100 sq. ft., featuring a large mirror and even a sofa, which adds a unique touch of comfort and luxury. The villa also includes a lovely hall and a well-equipped kitchen. What truly stands out is the attention to detail by the host. The kitchen is fully stocked with all essential utensils and appliances, including a gas stove, toaster, heater, and microwave. Basic cooking essentials like oil and salt are also provided, making it very convenient to prepare meals just like at home. The linen is spotless, and extra towels and bedding are thoughtfully kept for guests. The villa creates a warm, homely atmosphere throughout. There’s also a small private pool, perfect for a relaxing dip. One of the most memorable highlights is the stunning view of the rice terraces from the bedroom,it looks like a perfectly framed picture and adds to the overall charm of the place. The property is closely located to Ubud Palace and amidst rice terrains Overa

10.0+Doskonałą lokalizacja. Dość blisko Ubud Palace a jednocześnie na uboczu. Można tam odpocząć po zwiedzaniu wyspy.
