+Taxi driver could not find it. But host has been waiting for us. Dilan was helpfull.
−Property needs to be renovated. One plug in the kitchen for 3 items. If you need to use microwave, switch off fridge. If you want to use stove, switch off fridge. No toiletries at all, price is too high compare to other accomodation. Landry service you should search youself.

“Excellent, clean and comfortable. Great value you for money.”
+The villa was as described and very clean. The host was very courteous and attentive. He arranged a Banana Leaf evening meal and breakfast for us prepared by his wife. All the food was delicious! He was also able to organise Tuk Tuks for our stay and we were well looked after. The rooms were clean and comfortable. This is not a 5* hotel and so don't expect thoses fixtures and fittings, but each room has a comfy bed, and en-suite toilet and shower and was very clean. There is a pool but we didn't use it. Everything you need. A great base to explore the amazing city of Kandy.
−Please be ware that there is a caretaker that lives in the house with you, although in separate rooms. If you are not expecting it, it can be a little disconcerting.

“Not bad, but not as good as it looks on the pictures. Make sure the pool is repaired when you want to swim there.”
+The owner is very friendly and helpful. Close to Kandy center, nice house with 3 separate rooms. The dining room is in the middle and open, which is nice.
−The swimming pool was a big dissapointment. Our children got cuts from the sharp edges of the pool tiles. The owner told us new ones will be delivered to repair the broken ones. Replacing some probably won’t be enough though. With some repairs, the owner could make a lot more of this villa. The pictures show a prettier and fancier accomodation. Looks like the pictures are made in better times.

−Location was incorrect and we couldn't reach the villa. The host didn't answer the call and we wasted 3 hours searching for it. Ended up booking another place.

“Very disappointing and would like some compensation”
+The bedrooms were clean and the air conditioning units worked. Luckily these rooms were the only place living creatures seemed unable to get into.
−The property was not ready for our arrival, we waited 15 minutes for a property management staff member to arrive and then cleaned. The kitchen was dark and gloomy. The freeze in the fridge did not work. There were 2 dead bats on a light in the living area. I encountered 2 cockroaches, 1 in the kitchen and 1 in my en-suite bathroom. The pictures of the property did not match. Despite our request for the staff member to not come and clean the apartment in the morning, they arrived at 6am without letting us know and proceeded to sweep up leaves outside our bedroom windows and made a lot of noise whilst cleaning the kitchen, which did not look any cleaner than before.

+Het zwembad was heerlijk. De eigenaar aardig. De opzichter zegt niets, loopt alleen af en toe rond. Niet vervelend maar een hello zou prettiger zijn. Kamers en douche prima voor elkaar. Keuken, waterkoker en broodrooster prima. Met de bus ben je zo in Kandy of een tuktuk is ook gemakkelijk te regelen.
−Je kunt niet even eitje bakken ofzo dat is toch wel fijn als je een keukentje hebt.
