“Perfect villa for a family holiday. Thank you very much”
+The pool was amazing, the villa was huge and a very traditional Portuguese home. Quick walk into the Old Town and Ubers easily booked and very cheap Lots of towels and beach towels available. Dishwasher and washing machine very good BBQ facilities available Fab fridge/freezer Pool table a hit with everyone Excellent communication with Dreamplaces
−No handwash in the bathrooms. I left 5 of them when I left but guess they are removed. Advised damage deposit to be returned between 7-14 days post departure, this seems a very long time considering the cleaning company were in a few hours after we left. Day 14 arrived and I had not received the deposit. Took quite a few messages till it was returned in full. Only one tea towel in the kitchen and a sharp knife would have been good

“Excellent”
+House was excellent, plenty of space for a family of 10, kitchen came with everything needed to eat in and outside cooking areas, quiet peaceful area at night. Only a 10 min walk from the main square with a supermarket less than 5 min away, will definitely book again.
−Cant fault anything, communication with host was brilliant, answered any questions quickly.

“a brilliant stay in a clean property, reasonably priced in a great location. would recommend”
+the property was only a 40 minute transfer from Faro airport. it was a short walk to Albuferia marina and cost roughly €4 to get into the centre of Albufeira (you could walk this but we didn’t due to having small children with us). there was restaurants and a shop within walking distance. check in was very easy , the communication with dream places was very good. The swimming pool was fantastic.
−the property was dated and there was no hand soap in any of the bathrooms upon arrival. we didn’t need to use the basement level bedroom but agree with other reviews it did smell damp down there.

+Great location, close to all amenities. Lovely outdoor space, with a great pool. Plenty of space in the Villa for all of us.

+Villa was lovely and the pool was beautiful
−We saw a rat twice around the barbecue srea and reported it but nobody came to check..We paid a deposit of €600 to be repaid up to 14 days after leaving. After numerous texts to the company they eventually paid after 22 day but left us €50 short. When I asked about this they said 2 missing towels and glass. We did not have any breakages and did not take any towels so I asked for proof, after a week of asking they sent me a photo of 2 dirty kitchen towels which we did not have time to wash, there was no mention of glasses. They charged us €50 for not washing the 2 small towels. We will not be using their services again.

“I would recommend this house to anyone travelling with a large group. The house and views were outstanding.”
+The facility was very spacious, clean and beautiful views. We had tons of space for our group of nine people, and we loved the outdoor space for cooking our own meals. We will definitely come back next time.
−We found it inconvenient that there was no hand soap, dish soap, paper, towel, salt, and pepper, extra toilet paper or extra towels available. We made the trip to the grocery store down the road, but it would’ve been nice to have those basic amenities supplied.

“1 week stay”
+Beautiful villa with plenty of space for a group of 7 adults. The pool was excellent and the location was convenient for both the Maina and the Old Town, about a 15 minute walk to each. Overall we thought it was good value for money. Communication with the local owners was also very good.

“Excellent”
+It was clean, plenty of room,loads of space so the group was not cramped. It was lovely to be able to sit outside or inside all together. The pool was excellent.
−Nothing really. Suggestions would be. Plug in kitchen sink and holders for the shower heads
