+Loved the room, very big and clean! Great facilities, pool was lovely too.
−Our flight was delayed by 7 hours so by the time we got to the property we only had 4 hours before we needed to check out, wish checkout was later so we could have enjoyed it longer.

+Could not get the codes to get in. Very unhelpful staff. Just a terrible experience we had to drive away and pay for another hotel. Stay away.
−Could not get into the property, no assistance from staff. They certainly did not do what they claim on Booking.com. I hope nobody else suffer our experience. Just Awful.

“Dreadful experience”
+Nothing didn't stay
−A green swimming pool and the fact you can't get in did it for me a guest let me in after over an hour waiting outside and I'd seen enough especially as really bad contact from owners the guest told me his room wasn't ready until 10pm I was there waiting before check in time of 3pm I wasn't going to wait any longer they just said it will be ready when it's ready with no time slot. Oh and when I say the swimming pool was green you couldn't even see the bottom, probably frogs in there who knows. Booking.com take this place off your site they don't refund either even though it was that bad I didn't even get to the bedroom
