+Absolutely fantastic stay - highly recommended! We had a wonderful time at this accommodation! The location is unbeatable - right on the beach, with stunning views and the sound of the waves in the background. The place is well equipped, with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. What really made the difference, though, was the warm, personal, and reliable support from our hosts - always available, kind, and genuinely caring. We felt very well looked after from the moment we arrived. We can’t wait to come back!

+The house was clean and had everything we needed for our stay (storage, AC, wifi etc); The beach was very close and access to the beach was very easy; The host was very useful and friendly and replied quickly to our messages, regardless of time of day; We will be looking forward to staying here again.

+The villa was in a great location, it was quite with gorgeous view of the local beach. The owner was very quick to respond to anything I had to ask. I would really recommend staying at Villa Giulia. Will hope to return again next year.

“Perfekte Ferienwohnung für Herbst-Retreat”
+Die Lage der Unterkunft ist fanstastisch. Man ist nach wenigen Schritten am Strand. Ende Oktober ist der Ort zudem ziemlich verlassen und man hat den Strand an manchen Tagen gefühlt für sich alleine. Außerdem ist die Unterkunft vernünftig ausgestattet. Es gibt einen wirklich großen Außenbereich rund um das Haus. Im hinteren Teil gibt es eine Waschmaschine. Mit einem Gartenschlauch kann man sich die Füße abwaschen, wenn man vom Strand kommt. Die Dachterasse und der Ausblick von dort sind wunderbar. Auch die Terasse vor dem Haus ist mit einem großen Tisch und stabilen Holzstühlen gut eingerichtet. Im Haus gibt es mehr als ausreichend Platz für zwei Leute. Das Wasser wird schnell und zuverlässig warm. Es steht ein großer Parkplatz, der mit einem Eisentor gesichert ist, bereit. Das Personal der Community sowie der Besitzer des kleinen Supermarktes am Eingang des Ortes sind freundlich und hilfsbereit.
−Eins der Doppelbetten hatte eine wirklich unbequeme Matratze. Die Klospülung ist etwas eigensinnig, funktioniert idR. aber immer, wenn man etwas Geduld mitbringt.

−Douche étroite Gazon synthétique Chasse d’eau qu’il faut pomper pour qu’elle fonctionne L’hôte est extrêmement désagréable : nous n’avons pas trouvé comment accéder à l’hébergement malgré les explications fournies. Nous avons donc contacté l’hôte par whatsapp afin qu’il nous aide en lui faisant des photos et des vidéos pour qu’il puisse visualiser où nous étions et ainsi nous guider. Plutôt que de nous aider, il nous répondait sans cesse de lire les instructions. Je lui ai dit à plusieurs reprises que nous les avions lues et il a refusé de nous aider en disant que nous étions les premiers à ne pas trouver son hébergement. J’en doute fortement et même si c’était le cas, nous guider aurait été tellement plus agréable et courtois que de nous laisser galérer presque 2 heures en pleine journée du mois d’août avec 40 degrés (canicule) et avec 2 jeunes enfants !!!! Il a été très fort pour nous reprocher de ne pas lire ce qu’il avait écrit mais il a été beaucoup moins fort pour indiquer comment fonctionne sa chasse d’eau archaïque ou pour indiquer des codes wifi exacts !!! VRAIMENT FUYEZ CET HÔTE

+Una casa da sogno sul mare 🌊☀️ Una casa praticamente in riva al mare: fai due passi e sei già in spiaggia! 🏖️ La casa è curata in ogni dettaglio, semplice, accogliente e soprattutto funzionale per vivere al meglio una vacanza al mare, senza fronzoli ma con tutto ciò che serve. Un ringraziamento speciale all’host, sempre disponibile in ogni momento, gentilissimo e attento a ogni nostra esigenza. ❤️ E poi… i paesaggi! Da favola. Ma del resto, in Sardegna è così 😍🌊 Torniamo a casa con la certezza di aver finalmente trovato la casa ideale per le nostre vacanze al mare. Ci torneremo sicuramente! ❤️🏖️✨

−We asked for check-in between 14:00-15:00 when reservation was complete. It was confirmed by the owner. In the morning on the arrival day we got new info, due to technical issues check-in was possible only at 16:00.

+Everything was excellent. We loved the location, the cozy courtyard, and the villa itself, which was comfortable and very welcoming. The communication and support during check-in and throughout our entire stay were outstanding. We highly recommend this place!
−Only a couple of very minor things. A few more power outlets would have been convenient, but it wasn’t a real issue. The toilet flush system was a bit unusual for us, though it was simply something we weren’t used to rather than a problem.
