+Firstly, our host was very friendly and helpful. We really appreciate the hospitality extended to us. The apartment was clean, spacious, modern and with good facilities for cooking and laundry etc. Everything about the apartment is as described so we were happy with our accomodation. The apartment is also close to a beach.
−We had read previous reviews and understood the apartment was remote hence why we rented a car. The location itself was dilapidated and completely run down and neglected. We arrived at dark so it was quite a surprise to see how bad the roads were and the to see the overall condition of the area the next morning.There was nothing in walking distance not even a nice walking route despite the apartment being in a nature reserve. The beach is close but even the beach was full of litter and debris. This could be attributed to a storm earlier in the year but in general the area which the apartment is located is not nice which is a pity considering it has lots of potential.

“Exceptional Stay at Villa Francesca!”
+We had a fantastic time at Villa Francesca! The host was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure everything was perfect from the moment we arrived. The house is beautifully detailed, clean, and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. It’s a perfect place for families, with plenty of space and thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. The location is quiet and peaceful, yet conveniently close to local attractions and amenities. Highly recommended , we would definitely return. A truly memorable experience in Sicily!

+Lokalizacja blisko morza, spacerkiem 5 minut. Na czym nam bardzo zależało. Domek bardzo wygodny, przestronny, kuchnia dobrze wyposażona w niezbędne sprzęty, cicha okolica, spokojna. Do najbliższego przystanku 10 minut pieszo, stamtąd łatwo dostać się do miasta autobusem. Nawet nie potrzebowaliśmy wynajmować samochodu. Wszędzie można się łatwo dostać komunikacją miejską. Właścicielka bardzo miła i pomocna w każdym temacie Polecamy tą lokalizację osobom odwiedzającym Katanię, które jednocześnie chcą mieć blisko do morza.

+Pobyt w Villa Francesca był wyjątkowo udany. Apartament był bardzo czysty, przestronny i doskonale wyposażony - zapewniał wszystko, czego potrzebowaliśmy do komfortowego wypoczynku. Na szczególne wyróżnienie zasługuje gospodarz, który był niezwykle życzliwy, pomocny i zawsze dostępny, chętnie odpowiadając na wszystkie pytania oraz dbając o to, aby niczego nam nie zabrakło. Obiekt położony jest w spokojnej i bezpiecznej okolicy - tuż przy szerokiej, piaszczystej plaży, co stanowi jego ogromny atut. Apartament jest doskonałą bazą wypadową do zwiedzania Sycylii - łatwo można stąd dotrzeć zarówno do centrum Katanii, jak i na lotnisko oraz do wielu okolicznych atrakcji.

+Piekny dom. Z własnym podwórkiem więc spokojnie można parkować autem. Wyposażony we wszystkie niezbędne rzeczy. Czysty. Ładnie urządzony. Właściciel przemiły. Wszystko nam wyjaśnił po czym podesłał lokalizację miejsc wartych zobaczenia. Idealne miejsce wypadowe do zwiedzania. Dużo zabawek dla dzieci. Trampolina. Cala rodzina bylal zadowolona z pobytu.
