“A few niggles which got resolved eventually but overall the place was great and would recommend it”
+Loved the location and the large outside area with the pool and spa Easy walk to shops, restaurants and beach
−Fridge did not work when we arrived but was eventually replaced with a new one which was great Also had a power outage which lasted longer than it should have as it was a fault with the key fob that keeps the electricity running

“Brilliant Villa, in a Brilliant location with a fantastic and helpful host.”
+The property was plenty big enough for my family (Myself, Wife and 2 kids age 15 and 10) It was very clean and felt like home from home. The pool size was big enough for us all and location was spot on. We hired a car but to be honest we didn’t have to, everything you need is only a short walk away. Air con in every room worked very well and the WiFi was spot on. The Villa even had sky sports and loads of uk tv channels. We locked ourselves out of the Villa on one occasion and had to call the host for assistance. The host was very helpful and friendly. It was a pleasure to meet her. Also on arrival after a very long day travelling the host had left us essentials in the fridge so we didn’t even have to visit the supermarket straight away and a bottle of rose wine. 😁

+Fantastic location to all local amenities. Everything in the villa that we needed. A lovely welcome gift of bread, juice, cheese, eggs, and a bottle of wine.
−No WiFi in either of the villas. TV didn't work in either of the villas. No instructions on how to set the safe.

“A lovely holiday ,myself and husband would stay again”
+The villa had everything needed. Lovely pool,and plenty of sun loungers. The welcome pack was a lovely surprise as we arrived late. The owners were lovely and addressed any issues immediately, excellent service throughout. Many thanks Deborah &Ivan Haywood. 10/10.
−The villa is very open all around, so not a lot of privacy. Not too much of an issue for us. But if we brought our small grandchildren with us I would have felt a little more concerned. A fence round ( like the other villas) would seem an easy solution.

“Superb”
+Really nice villa and pool, very relaxing A food and water pack on arrival was a nice surprise. Lot's of space and walking distance to everything. Great base, and the pool was very well maintained and tested regularly.
−Would have been nice to get a cleaner in after the first week and have fresh linen. We just washed our own.

“Good if you gonna be partying and drinking. Bad, if you are with family.”
+Clean. Very clean. Good furniture. Facilities work, though quite old. The kitchen is also good. There are two adult bedrooms, one with a separate bathroom and one children room with two beds. In total, it has three bathrooms, one with a shower cabin, one with a bath, and one with only a toilet.
−The photos are from another house, at least the main one. In fact, the outdoor area is way less. The pool is also small. Personnel was not keen to contact me, I had to manage everything myself. I had to manage a conversation with the host to just get a certain location. The pool guy came without any warning, I consider that as dangerous, especially if I would travel with women and children. Facilities are too old for the price. Only one uncovered parking place.

+Well located. Clean Kettle and air conditioning that broke were replaced promptly.
−Villa that was advertised as in the photograph above was not the same villa we paid for and were shown to. A straight forward case of property misrepresentation. Furthermore the villa was only sparsely equipped with cooking facilities. We had to purchase basic equipment such as frying pans and barbecue equipment. Around the pool area cement and tiles cracked with sharp edges. Not satisfactory for a family villa with young children.
