+The villa is very nice, as a building. The pool is large. The view is gorgeous, the location is convenient for visiting different places. However, the hygiene is far from good.
−However, the hygiene is far from good. The kitchenette was absolutely uncleaned, and the floor was dirty. Outside, the tiles around the pool are also dirty. If you are barefoot, your feet are black underneath. We had a problem with one of the air conditioners, and we only received assistance on the sixth day, after insisting, which caused us considerable inconvenience, as we could hardly stand in the living room. There is a coffee machine in the pictures, but in fact there is none. It was important for us, as we drink espresso. There are wasps and hornets by the barbecue. We set two traps and solved the problem, but it is not our job. The lighting in the garden in the evening is almost non-existent, and even the one that is available does not work. We also asked for assistance for Wi-Fi, but we did not receive it. There is no welcome package, no dishwasher tablets, no washing powder. This is the first time in ten years that this has happened to us in Greece. There is more, but I'll stop here. Change the maintenance company for this otherwise nice property and pay attention to your attitude towards the client. After all, he gives his money to you.

“Nice pool, OK villa, terrible customer service and grim location.”
+Pool is great - well maintained, clean and a great size. Views from the garden over the sea are lovely albeit quite distant.
−We arrived to grubby villa, found a sex toy in the pool and the garden strewn with litter including a used nappy. We complained to the mgmt team and were met with accusations of trumping up the issues, implying we'd planted the evidence. They sent the cleaner round who also suggested we'd 'gone looking for problems', specifically the nappy (which could be seen from the entrance path, hence why we noticed it). Pool guy advised that '10-15 nasty boys' had been there the week before. Clearly the cleaning team had a job on their hands to sort it out before we got there but the there we found a lot of grimy areas and we kept finding more throughout the week. It's obviously a party-house, with warning signs everywhere and red dots on the doors for those too drunk to realise it's plate glass etc - probably great if that's what you want to do but we are a small family with a young child so not ideal. Interior of the villa is tired and needs a complete overhaul and the location is up a steep mountain in a weirdly decrepit part of Rhodes. You need a car as it's a drive to anywhere decent, even a basic shop. No instructions for how anything works or where anything locally is couldn't get the

“Exceptional”
+Highly recommend! The villa was cozy, clean, and perfectly situated near the beach. The pool area was wonderful for unwinding, and the hosts made sure we felt right at home. A truly delightful experience!

−Purtroppo non abbiamo potuto sfruttare la zona bbq per via dei tanti calabroni, ma questo non è affatto un problema della struttura. I materassi dei due letti nella camera al piano superiore troppo duri, ma può essere che a qualcuno possano piacere. Pentole non adatte per cucinare per più di 4/5 persone
