“Great nice Villa stay at peaceful area!”
+Beautiful, big, and clean villa in a peaceful area. Lots of space and areas to enjoy your stay. Nice views over the village and the sea, with opportunities to spend time both sunbathing and watching the sunset.
−A car is pretty much needed to get around. During colder months, the villa can get a bit chilly.

“Great, spacious and well equipped house”
+Lovely and well equipped house. Pool was very nice and heated. Would happily stay here!
−Only one dedicated parking space but ample street parking available. We had an electrical issue (power cut) but this was quickly resolved.

+The heated swimming pool was very nice! Our kids enjoyed it!! Fantastic.
−The dryer machine failed, although a solution was provided by giving us new stuff for beds, during the rest of the week no one came up to fix it. As it was raining, we couldn't dry outside.

“Fantastic villa with amazing ocean view and heated pool”
+Fantastic house to spend quality time with friends and family. First the communication with the agency before arrival and during our stay was excellent . Location is perfect (6 mn by car from Calheta beach and marina) and the house is located in a quiet area . The house itself was spotless, large and very comfortable with amazing views on the ocean. The heated pool was a delight. Highly recommended, to be booked and re booked without hesitation.

“Fantastique villa avec vue paradisiaque”
+Magnifique villa avec vue splendide sur l'océan, très propre, calme et détente assurés. Les produits de première nécessité tels que sel/poivre/huile/capsules a café/capsule lave linge et lave vaisselle mis à disposition.
−- Le sèche linge ne fonctionnait pas, un technicien est venu mais n'a rien pu faire, problème récurrent d'après d'autres commentaires - Sur les 5 chaises longues l'une est hors d'usage, 3 autres présentent des fissures - Un petit cadeau de bienvenue serait apprécié (Fruits ou bouteille de vin de la région par ex) - Un accueil personnalisé serait apprécié - Vous devrez payer en plus un montant de 7,2Euros pour sécuriser votre caution (mentionné nulle part dans les conditions générales de location de cette villa)

+Die Aussicht ist wunderschön! Dafür alleine lohnt es sich! Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man zum Leben braucht, selbst die kleinen Details wie Salz oder Öl waren alle vorhanden. Das Haus bietet sehr viel Platz und auch ein Parkplatz ist vorhanden.
−Das Haus ist leider nicht beheizt, vor unserer Ankunft ist es wahrscheinlich länger leer gestanden, es war objektiv kalt. Für die Winterzeit ist es nicht zu empfehlen. Bis man das Haus mit ein paar Heizstrahler und Kamin (sind extra nach Funchal gefahren Brennholz holen, Vermieter stellt es nicht zur Verfügung) wärmer bekommt, dauert es. Es hat extrem nach Desinfektionsmittel gerochen, jedoch waren die Ameisen am nächsten Tag in der Küche. Den Pool haben wir nicht nutzen können, hat aber nicht so sauber und einladend ausgeschaut. Einfahrt ist sehr steil, man muss gut Autofahren können.

“Komfortowy, piękny dom.”
+Doskonale wyposażony dom, bardzo zadbany. Super, że są nawet kapsułki do prania, kapsułki kawy na początek, płyn do mycia naczyn. Dziękuję za komfortowy pobyt. Bardzo spokojna okolica, piękny widok.
−Zaskoczeniem było tylko jedno miejsce parkingowe, ale nie jest to problem- drugie auto stoi spokojnie przy bramie.
