“Our holiday in Crete - Stalos”
+We had a wonderful stay! The host was extremely friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. The house was spotless, very comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. “Fantastic villa! Excellent hosts!”
+The villa had everything needed and more! The little details such as welcoming wine, fresh tomatoes and eggs made us feel so welcomed. The slippers and bathrobes were a treat. The villa was excellent for family with older kids, eaxh of us were at a different floor, giving everyone privacy. The pool was fantastic! The location is ideal as on a hill, far from the crowds but not too far from restaurants and beach. The Family taverna was absolutely fantastic food and prices not that high. We absolutely loved the place and would recommend it! Host was so welcoming and accommodating!

“This vacation home in Crete near Chania offers a place of tranquility that is second to none.”
+The house was exceptional, tastefully decorated and in excellent condition with two bedrooms, three bathrooms, two terraces with great panoramic views and a very nice pool, centrally located in the small village of Stalos near Chania. During our stay, the neighboring house was empty, so we had the pool and the outdoor area to ourselves. The village of Statos has three restaurants, one of which (the Leventis) is owned by the owner of the house and is one of the best in Crete. Since the restaurant is open until after midnight, handing over the keys in the evening was also no problem. Parking was also no problem, as the house also has a garage. It is a little more than a kilometer to the nearby sandy beach. On the promenade there are many also recommendable restaurants and small stores. The larger supermarkets can be reached in less than 15 minutes by car. We can recommend the house to anyone who wants to explore the west of Crete and spend an evening or two in the historic port of Chania. We went to the botanical garden in Skordalou, the great Elafonisi beach, the nearby Agii Apostoli beach and several times in Chania for dinner. This house is one of the most beautiful ones around Ch

“A great villa ! Pretty cool for a family !”
+- The house is charming and well equiped (3 bathrooms and toilets, kitchen with stuff, A/C...) - Location is good for whose who don t want to be in a busy area but close enough to the city. You can be in the "city" on the coast by 20-30min walk, depends of you. - the pool is pretty cool - good communication with the owners
−- the pool could be shared (depends if you have other guest or not in the house next to the villa). We have shared it for 3 days and it was frustrating ! (My advise : Do not hesitate to ask if there is another one booking if you want to be sure to have the pool and outdoor space only for you) - the pool was not cleaned regularly (unfortunately). We needed to ask for it - you can only use 1 parking slot inside (therefore, if there are other guests, one of the car should be parked outside...)

+Tolle Gastgeber, freundlich, zuvorkommend und jederzeit erreichbar. Der Kühlschrank war bei Ankunft reichlich gefüllt. Die Unterkunft bietet alles, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Wir würden gerne nochmals anreisen.
