“Had good time had the showers been working would have rated a 10/10”
+The size of the property is fantastic in a quiet area
−The property is advertised as having 3 full bathrooms this is true one is in the garage 2 in the house out of the three showers there is only one that works which is awkward when there’s 6 of you wanting to get ready to go out this problem needs addressing they know about it too

“No €500 deposit returned 28 days after vacating property”
+Great sized villa with swimming pool, good kitchen with all modern appliances and quiet location. Great sized garage for storage of rental car.
−Only 2 bedrooms out of 4 made up upon arrival. Swimming pool needed to be cleaned and evidence of cat extriment around pool upon arrival. Only one shower out of 3 working, which needs addressing. Poor service and unprofessional response from key holder when raising these issues. Upon arrival was asked to pay €500 deposit, which had been recently introduced by owner, and was not in T&C's when booking on 24.1.26. Previously stayed at property in November 2025 and this was not needed. The €500 deposit paid to "Guillermo Gome" still has not been returned 4 weeks after vacating property! Despite chasing key holder, whom is not acting professionally, is ignoring messages, and have also spent weeks chasing this matter via booking.com, this €500 has still not be returned. I'd recommend being aware of this fact to mitigate risks to other clients. Please ensure your €500 deposit receipt includes reference "Villa Deva" and not just payee. Very disappointed with not receiving my €500 back 28 days since vacating, and would not stay at this property again. On both occasions (November 2025 and May 2026) upon arriving and departing, the key holder stated to book property via her instead of booking

“Estafa con la fianza”
+La casa en general estaba bien pero es una estafa, la fianza no te la van a devolver. Llevo desde Agosto reclamando la fianza y el alojamiento ha dejado de contestar y estoy con Booking en proceso de reclamación aún. El alojamiento ha mandado un ticket de devolución falso a Booking como justificante, que es un Ticket de otra persona y ha modificado el PDF.
−Con Booking llevo hablando mas de un mes y al principio muy bien pero ahora cada vez dan más largas, y después de decirles lo del Ticket falso sigue todo igual. El Ticket además está modificado fatal con otro tipo de letra y si se lo cargas a cualquier IA te devuelve el original y te dice los cambios exactamente. Espero que retiren este anuncio de aquí y no dejen que se alquile más para que nadie más tenga que pasar por esto. A mi ya no me queda otra que denunciar viendo que Booking no me acaba de solucionar nada.

+Piscina, barbacoa y disposición de los cómodos genial. Fue el mejor precio que encontramos para el fin de semana del festivo de octubre.
−Horario de entrada más tarde que el habitual, y horario de salida demasiadamente temprano. Me desperté a la misma hora que los dias de semana para llevar mis hijas al cole, pero era un domingo. Fianza de 500€ retenida en tarjeta de credito me parece sobrepasado. Tantas reglas que me ponen un poco tensa, aunque seamos un grupo tranquilo y ordenado. La tasa de limpieza normalmente está incluída en el precio del alquiler, pero aquí se cobra a parte, en efectivo, y aunque yo lea todas las letras pequeñas de los anuncios, esta informacion no la había leído, y me informaron solamente despues que la reserva estaba hecha.

−Que no me informarán que tenía que pagar una cantidad por la limpieza antes de contratar. Algunos detalles de la casa necesitan algo más de mantenimiento.

“La casa en general bien, la piscina horrible por el agua con productos perjudiciales, la limpieza mal para los 150 euros”
+La casa en su interior estaba bien y limpia. El garaje muy bien, para 2 coches perfecto.
−Lo peor de esta experiencia y lo que nos ha hecho que no sea buena es la piscina, nos avisaron que habían echado un producto algo fuerte pero que permitía el baño, hemos terminado todos con los ojos irritados, rozaduras y llagas en la piel de las cuales tenemos fotos y no nos ha permitido disfrutar las cosas igual. La limpieza exterior era mala con pelos de animales y suciedad de mucho tiempo, lo que sumado a un cobro de 150 euros extra por limpieza me parece inadmisible. Al entrar se te cobra una fianza para nosotros elevada, la cual te devuelven cuando ellos vayan a la casa y revisen todo sin tu presencia, por lo que es su palabra contra la tuya, les dijimos que queríamos hacer la revisión conjunta y nos han hecho irnos a las 9 de la mañana en vez de a las 11 porque se han puesto a malas diciendo que a esa hora o nada.

“They do not return the deposit”

−When I checked out, the woman said that the deposit would be returned within a week, when I asked in the chat after a week they sent me a photo of some damage that I did not do and said that they would deduct it from the deposit and return the rest. When I appealed and asked for an invoice, they sent me an invoice for 500 euros exactly without any check or bill for the work performed. The invoice showed completely different damage than in the photo before. When contacting booking, the support service said that the damage was 300 euros and the rest was returned. I did not receive a single cent back

“Buen sitio regular gestión”
+El alojamiento estaba muy bien. Y la estancia fue muy buena. Buena climatización, y buena ubicación.
−La piscina tenía muchísimo cloro. Para recuperar la señal tuve que llamar a booking y decírselo a ellos dos veces. Tardo más de 15 días. Me parece excesivo cobrar 150 euros de limpieza.
