“Avoid. Terrible communication, bad smell.”

−Overall, a very stressful experience. Communication with the host was incredibly poor from start to finish, and the property itself had an unpleasant smell. The host initially promised to contact us on the day of our arrival with check-in details. We heard nothing until we proactively called her ourselves. While she verbally confirmed she would send the details over, she subsequently sent a text message stating that the apartment was not ready and that she had to cancel our reservation! This cancellation message came at 5:00 PM while we were already en route to the property, forcing us to scramble for last-minute accommodation. The host then changed her mind again and decided to let us stay. The issues continued upon arrival. The location provided on Google Maps was wrong. We were left searching for the house in the dark, late into the evening, while the host wasn’t picking up the phone. We eventually found the property ourselves about 300 meters down the street. Once inside, the house was smelly, and there were not enough duvets provided for the four of us. Due to the chaotic management, lack of reliability, and poor amenities, this stay was absolutely not worth the money.

+Nice house just by the castle. Everything there you need. It's easy to take a taxi. Leave the house to the left. Next small road to the right. Steep uphill. At the end to the left, underneath a bridge. You will see the parking with taxi right ahead. She will call her son for you. It's 500 to go to center.

+The neigbouhood was nice and calm, and there were beautufull view on the castle. The kitchen was well equiped. Nice clean apartment. Perfect to stay in Shkodra.

“Pleasantly stay”
+It has everything you need: private parking and easy access to location Restaurant close by
−It needs some maintenance. The lights are dimmable, but during the night the Salvavita (circuit breaker) went off. The garden was dry, and everything was dead. The clothes horse was broken :)) Also, the sound of the water pump was quite annoying.

“がっかり。”
+洗濯機があった事が唯一の良かった点。
−庭が写真と違く放置されて庭ではない。場所が緯度、経度で検索しても辿りつかない。ベッドメーキングがされてない。ブレーカーが40Aしかないので、エアコンと料理をするとすぐに電気が落ちる。室内は新しいが清潔感が無い。小さなアリ、キッチン道具がきちんと洗われていたかは不明。

“Maison spacieuse à Shkoder !”
+La maison a de grands espaces, elle est lumineuse, facile d’accès. Elle a tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner, et les produits de première nécessité. Très chouette, nous recommandons !
−Il faut prendre la voiture pour accéder au centre de shkoder. Nous avons eu une coupure de courant durant la nuit… Mais vraiment rien de grave !

+Το σπίτι ήταν ευρύχωρο με πολύ μεγάλο κήπο. Όλα μέσα ήταν καινούρια και καθαρά. Σε καλή τοποθεσία, κάτω από το κάστρο και σε βολική απόσταση λίγων λεπτών από την παλιά πόλη με το αυτοκίνητο.

+Excelente relación calidad precio, la ubicación en la zona de Shkoder muy interesante, fuera del área urbana, en un entorno más agradable y campestre. Estuvimos cuatro personas y muy cómodos con las dimensiones de la casa. Camas cómodas y aire acondicionado que funciona a la perfección, importante ya que fuimos en plena ola de calor. La propietaria nos atendió a distancia, pero siempre disponible y muy amable.
−Quizá vendría bien algún trabajo de actualización de las instalaciones, aunque todo cumple su función.
