+The villa is like the pictures, clean and the staff approachable and helpful
−The pool pump was broken for 2 days so the pool was not cleaned properly.

+Nice villa in a quiet location. A short walk to nearby beaches and also just 15 minutes walk to a local supermarket & restaurants.
−The pool was in bad condition and not cleaned at arrival. The bottom cover was made of some sort of linoleum that had loosened from the base and made dirt "stick" to it. The pool latter was loose and the whole backyard pool area is much smaller than it appears on the pictures. Only a couple of hours of sun per day at the pool area. Lack of maintenance made house interior and outside areas appear somewhat poor, although the villa in general is built in nice construction and materials. Noise from nearby rooster and dogs are quite annoying at night and early mornings.

“Needs improvements”
+Property is exactly like the photos. The host was helpful. Rooms and bathrooms were cleaned properly
−The swimming pool wasn’t clean and ready when we arrived. After talking to the host, a guy came to clean the pool and put the necessary chemicals. Also the swimming pool floor is old and detached from the ground which this means it has to be replaced. In the swimming pool area there is no shade to sit. The umbrella is old and doesn’t cover. Even though the rooms were cleaned properly, the outside areas were not cleaned. Also the curtains inside are dirty.

“Nice stay”
+Things we really liked: It is very light and airy, tastefully decorated and was exceptionally clean. Well equipped for the most part with things you would need for cooking in, though we didn’t do this. The pool is lovely and it was nice to have sun beds and garden furniture Close to nice beaches
−A few things: The lights are difficult to figure out/work There’s no gates or anything between the side of the house and the back garden and pool so anyone can just walk down the side of the property at any time We had a few issues which took a while to resolve such as the pool steps were damaged Upon closer inspection what seems to be a very high finish isn’t quite what it seems, there were stains on blinds the garden furniture was absolutely ruined, the pool floor lining was coming up Need more hangers not just trouser hangers as couldn’t hang dresses up There were no duvets only sheets and only 1 blanket for the entire 3 bed villa The location wasn’t a problem for us as we had a car

“Home from away”
+Very nice house with a lot of space. Good rooms, tv that shows almost every channel in the world. Beach within 810 meters if you go by the sandy roads. Own pool nice kitchen aircon in every room. Nice concierge service and everything could be provided via Wolt. Great serice
−The following things where broken when we checked in: The bottom grill in pool (a bit dangerous) Toaster ( has been replaced) Iron board (has been replaced) Living room table loose edges Garden furniture/Lounge set had very worn armrest( The drain in the master bedroom shower is broken Google Maps do not know the adress a bit tricky to find. A suggestion would be to get some electric crane wheel that renters can rent by the week The concierge team did everything they could to fix it and it did not ruin our stay.
