−Everything was great! Just know you are sharing the living space with other guests. The first night we had the place to ourselves and it was amazing. The second night a party of four young adults checked in and it was a different vibe but still good.

“Paradise”
+We loved our stay here, it truly is a little paradise. Carmen, the housekeeper, makes sure everything runs smoothly. She is amazing, incredibly kind, and very hardworking. The house is spacious, and the view is absolutely breathtaking. They even provide binoculars, so you can enjoy birdwatching in the mornings and evenings right from the villa. We had no problems with insects in the room. The location is perfect: far enough from the busy town center to enjoy peace, quiet, and stunning views, yet close enough to explore everything Minca has to offer. It's about a 20-minute walk downhill to the center, which is very manageable. For the way back uphill, however, we recommend taking a mototaxi (around 15,000 COP per person and it takes 10 min or a 4x4 which is 60,000), as Minca is hot and humid, and the climb can leave you completely soaked by the time you reach the villa.

“A cozy haven with incredible views”
+Such a beautiful view and beautiful property! It is a villa with private rooms and a shared common space. We booked the larger bedroom on the level housing the common space. The room was spacious with high ceilings, a large tv, shower with hot water, ac, and outdoor bath tub. The bed and space were incredibly comfortable. Opening the curtains of the bedroom to such a wonderful view every morning was truly special! Birds are very active at this property and easy to spot since binoculars are available on site for guests. Games, books, utensils, fridge, stove, spices, ground coffee, and free filtered water available to guests. Laundry service is even available if needed for a fee. Sunsets here were the most gorgeous I have ever seen. A 15-20 minute walk down to town, the property is on a steep road so we didn’t attempt walking up. After booking, the host provides you with a digital guide book on local activities, transport services, and food delivery in the area which is very helpful! Carmen, who greeted us on arrival is so warm and kind. She made a great impression to start the stay. 10/10 stay and experience!

+On se sent comme à la maison. Villa magnifique, surplombant la vallée, lieu reposant et agréable. Cuisine très bien équipée. Lieu qui change d’un hôtel, qui permet une grande autonomie. L’accueil de Carmen est chaleureux. Chambres superbes.

“Magnifique maison dans un cadre naturel époustouflant”
+La vue à couper le souffle, les oiseaux tout autour de la villa, le confort de la villa, la vue depuis les lits, l’espace commun, la douche avec vue, le restaurant à 10’ à pied en montant pour le petit déjeuner, le fait de pouvoir se faire livrer les repas…
−Attention la route d’accès est complètement défoncée. Sans SUV, elle est impraticable ; et avec SUV c’est très pénible mais ça se fait!
