“Quiet, private villa with perfect Bali vibes”
+The layout of the villa is perfect. It is very private and quiet. The place is cleaned regularly with really friendly staff. There is a nearby cafe that will deliver food and beverages to the villa. There is also a convenient store 5 minutes away from the location. The owner is very accommodating and referred a driver for transport to the airport.
−There are still some construction ongoing at the entrance of the area so it was quite dusty and the road was rough. Location is close to the beach but you would need to walk along the road without sidewalks so it can be dangerous at night.

+Inside layout was beautiful, but external layout is still under construction. Facility is clean and comfortable, just quite far from most things, but this meant it was quieter from the busier areas.
−Not much to do or see around the area itself, and everything is at least a 5 min ride out of town.

−⭐☆☆☆☆ Absolut enttäuschender Aufenthalt - keine Erholung, sondern zwei schlaflose Nächte und ständige Ärgernisse. Bereits in der ersten Nacht wurde mein Urlaub durch eine defekte Wasserpumpe ruiniert. Die Pumpe verursachte einen derart lauten Lärm, dass an Schlaf nicht zu denken war. Besonders ärgerlich: Der Defekt war offenbar bereits vor meiner Anreise bekannt. Dies lässt sich den Bewertungen anderer Gäste entnehmen. Trotzdem wurde die Unterkunft weiterhin vermietet, anstatt das Problem dauerhaft zu beheben. In meiner eigentlich privaten Urlaubszeit musste ich dann gleich zweimal Handwerker in der Unterkunft empfangen. Wer fährt in den Urlaub, um seine Tage mit Reparaturterminen zu verbringen? Als wäre das nicht genug, stellte sich auch noch die Klimaanlage als defekt heraus. Sie tropfte so stark, dass der Tisch und alles darunter komplett durchnässt wurden. Zusätzlich sorgte auch sie nachts für erhebliche Lärmbelästigung. Wieder musste ein Handwerker kommen. Der Zustand der Klimaanlage ließ zudem darauf schließen, dass eine regelmäßige Wartung offensichtlich nicht stattfindet - sie wirkte stark verschmutzt. −Každých 30 sekund spínalo nějaké tlakové čerpadlo, i když se žádná voda zrovna nepouštěla. Bylo to velmi hlasité a opakovalo se to neustále. Pobyt to velmi znepříjemnilo. Ubytovatele jsem na to upozornil, slíbil že se na to někdo příjde podívat ale nikdo nic neřešil. Mohl tam být krásný pobyt ale takto to bylo čisté utrpení..
