“To far from the town centre no pool.”
+It was ok.
−No pool even though it was advertised with a pool so very annoyed as my husband and I like relaxing by the pool. A least a 30 minute walk to the centre of the town lots of hills.

“LUAL have gone down in my expectations”
+Good question: open terrace
−No safe; no duvet; sofa bed,I was not informed of at time of booking; had to make my bed up; no kettle for boiling water. If I had known about the sofa bed, I would not have booked it; gone elsewhere.

+Property was immaculate and exactly as shown in the photos, with everything one could need. A good size for a studio. I loved the balcony, it had really stunning views to the hills in one direction and a nice sea view in the other. Loved the area, low-rise white-washed houses with pretty, colourful gardens. Very quiet, in a cul de sac so there was no through traffic. About a 10 minute walk downhill to Burriana Beach. About a 25 minute walk to the Balcon. Very good value.

“It was enjoyable, comfortable and the pool although small was great for cooling off.”
+Very helpful lady on reception.
−The fact that we had to collect the keys from a different location, the name of which had not been mentioned was misleading and caused us some confusion. It would be more useful to include the name of the business from which we needed to collect the keys, marina turquesa, as well as the address.

+It was a great location, great size. The man at the desk was very helpful and friendly (sorry, I didn't get his name!)
−The bed wasn't very comfortable but it was just a fold out couch so it was as nice as expected, I slept well on it.

“Good value apartment in pleasant location”
+Apartment and balcony was larger than expected in a quiet location. It was very clean and excellent value for money.
−Given half a roll of toilet paper for a week stay. Oven temperature control did not work, but I would still have booked with no oven. A 35 minute walk to the town centre, local bus for €1 goes to centre. Perhaps the timetable should and location of bus stops should be included in the information pack.
