“Lovely stay, great location, kind hosts”
+We had a very comfortable stay. The apartment was very clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed. The location was great , quiet, close to the green park, and within walking distance of the city center. The hosts were also very kind and helpful.

“Superbly beautiful and comfortable apt in a well maintained villa.”
+It’s in a particularly quiet, residential and convenient neighborhood. Walk to oceanfront cafes. Walk to old town. Short drive to beaches. Property has private parking, laundry and dish washer. The hostess even provides beach towels and beach mats. She’s super friendly and helpful. Gave us a box of amazing figs from her garden.
−Nothing. Price is high but so is everything in Croatia.

“A Very Nice, Spacious Apartment”
+A clean, modern, spacious, well equipped apartment. A small veranda allowed for sitting/eating outside but the apartment is in a residential area and the view was to a pavement and road. The off street parking was very welcome.
−There was very little no to like ! We had an enjoyable 5 night stay. The walk to the old town was easy enough but the uphill return journey a bit of trial after a long day ( but this author is in his 70's)

“Alt i alt hadde vi et veldig hyggelig opphold, med svært hyggelig og hjelpsom vert, og vil absolutt anbefale overnatting”
+Overnattingsstedet var rent og ryddig, med komfortable senger og en fin beliggenhet. Innsjekkingen var enkel, og vertskapet var hyggelige og hjelpsomme. Vi hadde et veldig fint opphold og ville gjerne bodd her igjen.

“Great Experience”
+Without a doubt, this was a wonderful experience. We rented two apartments in this residence, and it was definitely the right decision. The apartments were very well maintained, spotlessly clean, and, above all, we received an excellent welcome from the owner. They were always available, responsive, and attentive to every detail. I highly recommend this accommodation. The location is also very convenient, as it is only about a 10-minute Uber ride from the historic city centre (Riva). An Uber typically costs between €6 and €8. There are also several supermarkets nearby, as well as cafés and restaurants within a 10-minute walk. Overall, this is an excellent choice for anyone looking for outstanding value for money

+Надзвичайно приємний персонал! Дуже чисто, є все необхідне. Приємний бонус, що у Хорватії з крану можна пити воду. Розташування зручне: поряд пляж, старе місто. На нашій вулиці цей будиночок був найкращий)))) часто спостерігали, що люди, прогулюючись поряд, звертали на нього увагу.

“Schönen Aufenthalt”
+Es war ein sehr schöner Unterkunft, mit allem nötigen ausgestattet. Es ist ruhiger Umgebung und trotzdem nah an der schönen Stadt, mit viele Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und hatte im Kühlschrank kalte Getränke bereitgestellt.
−Das einzige was als Minuspunkt kommt, dass die kleine Balkone. Es hat zwar jedes Zimmer ein Balkon aber man kann höchstens zu zweit da sitzen. Wir haben aber uns trotzdem sehr wohl gefühlt.
