“I'm not going there again for sure”
+Location and quiet
−Very Poor communication. When I forgot the keys at the door, the lady removed the bedsheets never brought the new ones never brought any towel. And she never pick up the phone or never replied on the booking app.

“In a nice quiet area”
+Villa Borchert is in a quiet location opposite the train station. The owners let us store our ebikes in a locked building. There was parking right outside the property. The room was comfortable and clean with plenty of crockery and utensils etc.
−The property was quite a hike from the town and we were glad we had our ebikes with us. It was probably our fault that we had not noticed the sleeping arrangements in our specific room when we booked. The room was more like a bedsit than an apartment and the two beds were on a unit where we had to sleep head to head, not what we would recommend. However the price of the accommodation reflected this as it was very reasonable.

“Unser Urlaub in Wernigerode”
