“Definitely would visit again.”
+Nice apartment with very nice views from a balcony. Very friendly host, also he made a perfect breakfast for us. Cozy apartment, good bathroom. Arriving is in the steep hill, but it made no problem for us.

“Worth the views and the money”
+Very well located, private parking, beautiful views from both the balcony and breakfast, which by the way was another level, loved it

+The host was very kind, giving us instructions on how to get there. The road up to the room is very intense-straight uphill! On Cobbelstone. Which is what most of Berat is like. The host helped us park our car and drove the car out and down the road when we checked out. The breakfast was awesome! I full spread-I am pretty sure some of it was from their garden. The views were amazing! Overall, a wonderful experience! Thank you for the stay.
−Nothing the host could do about this, but if there had been more people there I think we would have been able to hear each other a little too much. And the roads were bananas-but again that's what the city is! Overall, I would stay again! Was a very nice place and location.

+Location is excellent, you can see whole old town of Berat. The view from balcony is incredible at night. Owner is very attentive, always asks at what time you will eat breakfast and prepares it freshly. Overall amazing location and attention. Would recommend.

+A truly exceptional stay! Sincere thanks to my host for such warm and wonderful hospitality. The room was beautiful, and having my own balcony with that breathtaking, unbeatable view was a real treat. Breakfast was prepared with so much thought and care , absolutely delicious and wonderfully generous. A special mention must go to Lucky, the sweetest furry member of staff, who made my stay even more delightful. It is outstanding value for money for such a stunning location. There is no need to look anywhere else when I return , I will definitely be staying here again!

“Amazing stay in the city center with a wonderful view!”
+The view from the balcony is breathtaking! Delicious home-made breakfast (eggs, sussage, veggies, bread, jam, fruits). Room was very spacious and had big and comfy bed. Host is super nice and helpfull - he is close if you need anything but you don’t feel like being watched all the time. Close to every worth seeing places like the castle (1 km), old town, museums.
−Bathroom could use some more light cause after the sunset it’s really dark in there. Quite small shower but it’s not a big problem.

+Beautiful views of the city from the balcony. Delicious breakfast prepared by the host. Friendly and helpful host.
−Bathroom was private but across the hall and was hot. Shower quite small. Not a complaint, but be prepared the villa is up a steep hill (like many places in Berat).
