−The beds, the mattresses were very uncomfortable. The shower in the bedroom with the wet room didn’t work properly. The sofas in the lounge area were not conducive to sitting and relaxing.

+Location was ideal - very quiet rural area but easy to walk into Pollenca. Pool was great for adults and kids. Comfortable indoor accommodation. Bedrooms quite small but very comfortable. Lots of shaded outdoor space - essential during a heat wave.

“Exceptional”
+We stayed here with a big group, including kids, and really enjoyed it. The villa is super spacious with plenty of bathrooms, and the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. There was even a bottle of wine and some snacks waiting for us - nice touch! Just missing salt and pepper. Location was great - peaceful nature all around but still just a short walk to Pollença. The garden and pool area were perfect for hanging out together. The host was super quick to reply and helped us sort out a water issue right away. We also got extra beds and a high chair for the kids with no problem.
−Only downside was that towels didn’t dry well since there’s no ventilation - but that seems to be a common thing in Spain. Also, floors are cold stone everywhere - not a big deal, just good to know.

“Week away with family”
+Lovely villa and pool, great views, nice walk into town and not far in the car. Beds were comfortable and bedrooms were nicely furnished, bathrooms were very nice and modern, good water pressure and plenty of hot water for 9 of us.
−Mosquitoes, make sure you take plugins, we have all been bitten badly. There's a sewage smell coming up from drains, kitchen sink and pool area, not all the time, but was not nice at times. There was absolutely nothing in the villa apart from the very basics,not even salt and pepper, no board games or playing cards, it seemed very impersonal. Even though there were some negatives we would still recommend the villa to others

−The bedrooms had a peculiar smell. We decided it was the wood that the furniture was made from.
