+On arriving at Villa Tea we were completely blown away by the views from the huge terrace - photos cannot do it justice! Tea was very informative and helpful - she is a wonderful host. You can see from the photos that the decor is rather dated, but it is all very comfortable and it was great to have separate loo and shower. There was enough kitchen equipment to allow us to cook a simple evening meal as we couldn't tear ourselves away from those views on a couple pf nights! It is a 20 - 25 min hilly walk into the very beautiful old town and most of it is walking on the road, but it is a quiet road, so not a problem. We also walked in the opposite direction to the old town to La Banya beach for a swim, again about 20 mins, but more pavement this way, there's an amazing beach club there, too. There is also a beach for swimming a few minutes away from Villa Tea. Breakfast is plentiful and served overlooking that wonderful view. Thanks for the memories Villa Tea!

“AS GOOD AS IT GETS111”
+Villa Tea is the best. We rented two Apartments for 4 people and it was even better than expected. Each apartment was spotless and very comfortable. Tea met us upon arrival and showed us around and recommend things to do on Korcula. We generally would do a tour or boat excursion from 9am to 3pm and then return for a refreshing swim in Villa Tea's pool or in the Adriatic Sea right in front of the Villa. Walk to town is 20 min. and not too tough of a walk. Breakfast at Villa tea was outstanding often more than you can eat. I would high recommend Villa Tea to anyone.
−Breakfast at Villa Tea is outstanding and plentiful. My only suggestion to Tea would be to switch up main items for breakfast every day (i.e. omelette one day, pancake or French toast next day, etc.).

“Beautiful outlook and everything you need”
+The property is well equipped and in a beautiful setting with a fantastic view. The hosts, including Tea herself, are delightful and helpful and provide a very large and varied breakfast each morning. There's a lovely little beach a short walk from the property to go for a dip in the ocean if needed. The kitchen is fully equipped to make your own meals after buying some fresh produce at the markets or shops. The town center is quite a walk away, approximately 20 minutes, which was a bit challenging during the heatwave
