“Not Good Value for Money”
+This accomodation has a lovely view of the mountains, and the breakfast provided was yummy and fresh.
−This property would be fine if it was half the price. It is not worth the money. The walls are paper thin and the rooms are small. The bathroom is especially small (with no separate area for the shower and a glass door). Given the price compared to other properties in Theth we expected a bit more luxury, but this was not provided.

+Delicious breakfast made by our host, and she even made a late breakfast for one of our party who slept in. Incredible views from the upper deck. Private balcony and bathroom. Super cozy room.
−Slightly pricier than other options, but overall worth it.

+We had a beautiful three-night stay at Vila Shkala. The location is really idyllic , an easy walk to the main town of Theth, lots of restaurants, and the mountain hikes. The host is incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the whole stay feels like such an authentic Albanian experience. She makes the most beautiful homemade breakfast every morning, served in a lovely setting with the mountains surrounding you. We also had dinner there one night, which I would definitely recommend. The rooms are super cute, and we honestly couldn’t fault anything about our stay. Would definitely recommend!

+Staff, breakfast and location were amazing . The property was well kept and very clean.
−There were power outages whilst we were there and the property did not have a generator. Also fan in the room would be good too.

“Would recommend!”
+We had a wonderful stay here and would highly recommend this accommodation! It’s a great all-round place to stay, with a beautiful location, nice view and a very convenient base for exploring the highlights of Theth. The food was also excellent. We had both breakfast and dinner here and really enjoyed both. It was especially nice that they served traditional Albanian food, which made the experience feel even more authentic. Everything was tasty, fresh and perfect after a day of exploring. What really stood out, though, was the hospitality. The people were incredibly kind, helpful and genuinely interested in making sure we had a great stay. They were always happy to give advice, help us with anything we needed, and ask about our day. When we had just arrived, the daughter and her husband (who were also there at the time) even helped us by pumping up the tyres of our rental car and driving us to a restaurant. This was incredibly thoughtful and made us feel very welcome from the start. The whole family was very involved and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. It really felt like they cared about their guests, rather than just providing a place to sleep. A lovely accomm
−If we had to mention a few small downsides, the room was relatively small and simple (bedroom for two people), but it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bathroom light occasionally flickered or went out and sometimes took a little while to come back on. One of the bedroom lights also didn’t work properly, although there were other working lights, so this wasn’t really an issue for us. Overall, these were only minor points and did not take away from our enjoyable stay.

“Espectacular”
+Muy buena estancia, en un alojamiento muy acogedor. La mujer no habla inglés pero se hace entender y es muy maja. El desayuno estaba exquisito, y a petición también podías pedir la cena que estaba también increíble. Ambos con comida abundante. La ubicación en theth donde también parten las rutas. Muy buen sitio, volvería 100%.

+המארחת הייתה נחמדה מאוד, המקום היה נעים ונקי, המים במקלחת היו חמים. הארוחת בוקר הייתה נהדרת, היא מכינה במקום את הריבה והדבש והכל טבעי וטעים ברמות! המיטה הייתה מאוד נוחה והם נתנו לנו להשאיר את הרכב בחניה ביום של הצ'ק אאוט עד אחר הצהריים- אנשים מקסימים
