+The place is perfect for a group of friends, we had a really lovely time. We loved the pool and the appartments and it is truly great value for money. There is loads of space and places to hang out around the house. Also loads of parking space for the whole group!
−The hosts live right next door with a view of the house/pool, so it doesn't feel extremely private. But they are very friendly and we didn't have any issues with them. Some bedrooms don't have AC, but this was only a problem for us because we were visiting in the middle of an extreme heatwave. The kitchen is slightly underequipped, at the time of our stay it only had one tiny cutting board.

+We had an amazing stay at Vila Neyra in Pula. Our group of 14 friends found it to be the perfect accommodation for our trip. The villa is spacious, with a great pool and a large common area that was ideal for our group gatherings. Everything we needed was available, and the secluded location provided a peaceful retreat while still being a quick taxi ride away from the city. The villa was clean, though some items were not in the highest condition. However, this did not affect our overall experience. The host lives next door and keeps a close eye on the property, ensuring everything runs smoothly. He was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We highly recommend Vila Neyra for large groups looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Pula.

“Leider nicht wie beschrieben, dennoch war es schön”
+Die Villa war grundsätzlich sehr schön, allerdings waren die Möbel leider in einem Schlechten zustand. Von Außen sah es schön aus aber die Funktionalität war teilweise schlecht.
−Die Gartenmöbel waren kaputt. Die Schränke in den Schlafzimmern waren kaputt. In der Küche waren schlechte Lebensmittel. Die Küchenschränke waren teilweise Kaputt

“Kapacitet je odlican, ali izvedba i ne bas. Da je dobro pocistiti kucu i popraviti nedostatke bilo bi odlicno!”
+Objekt ima odlican kapacitet, ima jako puno prostora vanka.
−Objekt nije dobro ociscen prije naseg dolaska (dlake, mrtve bubice po podu, posude), pecnica nije radila, i dosta toga je bilo osteceno (dio ormara, vrata, daska wc skoljke, ulazna vrata.. )

“Za tako ceno bi vseeno pricakovali vsaj bolj čisto, urejeno je za silo, rešuje jih bazen, da imajo lahko tako ceno. Vsek”
+Super kamin, kuhinja sicer okej, samo ne najbolj čista posoda.
−Čistoča ni ravno na vrhuncu, okolica je za majhne otroke malo nevarna, saj je veliko robov in stopnic, po tleh je bilo tudi razbito steklo. Super bi bilo, če bi imeli na oknih komarnike.
