+Spacious and clean, beautiful town and location.
−4pm check in and 10am check out is too late and too early. I also didn’t like that when I messaged the host I was told to call a number as they were not physically in the town.

+Very kind and helpful hosts. We rented two apartments and they were both spacious, comfortable and well equipped (including a baby crib). Wonderful memories of sitting on the balcony in the evening, sipping from a glass of wine and admiring the mid-August meteorite shower. Would recommend!

“Comfy and great location”
+Everything was how we expected. Beds were comfy.
−We had some confusion where to park and had a very angry neighbor. Even the pictures in booking show a car parked where we were parked, but the parking is behind the house.

“So disappointed”
+The location is great, walkable into the town but far enough to be quiet
−We picked this as it had a cot, we confirmed before arriving that we had booked a cot. When we arrived there was no cot and the replies back from the owner was just sorry for the inconvenience. We had to lie on the floor with our baby at night. They didn’t take us seriously, they did nothing to rectify the problem and offered no compensation. The flat is nice but I would not recommend staying somewhere where they take so little care of important things like this.

“Great location.”
+The property is very well located just off the Main Street in Bovec in a quiet area. It was spacious and clean for a family of 4.
−We stayed in Apartment 3 and there was no clear instruction on the location of the parking spot. I therefore used the photo of the apartment as a guide which showed a car parked in front of the building and that is where I parked our hire car. On returning to the apartment on the first night, we were met by a neighbor who said we had blocked access to their garage . It was very embarrassing and we moved our car to the rear of the property where the actual parking is located. On arrival, we also had an issue with trying to gain access to the key lock and tried several times to call the owner on the telephone number provided. There was no answer so we had to message booking.com who sent us the access code. This was quite stressful start to our stay. Be warned : there is no air conditioning which makes the apartment very hot when we stayed in the summer and the outside temperature was 35c. The owner should provide some fans for the bedrooms and living space which would make all the difference.

“Ruim genoten van de nabije omgeving.”
+Onmiddellijk naast de centrale plaats van de stad.
−Slaapkamer onder het dak met schuin plafond net boven het bed. Voor sanitair moest je de steile trap af. Wat sleurwerk met bagage op trappen. Lamp in gang aan trap boven was defekt. Stop voor wastafel keuken was verdwenen. Wij hadden appartement 2 zonder balkon.
