+Convenient location between airport and Funchal. The haus is spacious with 3 large bedrooms and with relatively modern furniture and equipment. Has own parking spot and garage. There is a spacious terasse from which you see the ocean.
−If you plan to be using dishwasher, make sure you bring your own tablets or detergent as those are not provided.

“The house was a wonderful base-camp for our family holiday.”
+The host was very friendly and helpful, giving us plenty of advice on nearby shops, restaurants and sights, so we felt like locals from day one. The Reis Magos bakery, the Sabores da Ilha supermarket and A Traineira fish restaurant were all wonderful. The ground floor of the house was a perfect living area with large kitchen, living room and connecting terrace. The house is close to shops, bars, restaurants and buses. Parking was easy either on the street or on the property.
−The street is steep, so the vehicles were fairly noisy. But c'mon, which street is not busy and steep in Madeira?

“Great week on Madeira with my wife and kids.”
+Nicely located property with ocean view and lots of space. It's fenced from the street by a wall that allows your kids to run around the garden safely. Parking space is available inside the property. Lots of amenities, including two sofas, indoor and outdoor dining table, two showers and a bathtub.
−Showers were lightly worn-out, but this doesn't impact the overall quality.

“Excellent location to spend family holiday.”
+Very spacious house. Very well equipped kitchen. Large living room. Three large bedrooms, each with plenty of space and built-in closets. Two bathrooms each with shower, so easy for a family. We were with 5 and there was plenty of room for everyone. Nice views from the bedrooms. Host was very welcomming and provided lots of information on both the house, as well as on places to go.
−Nothing to mention.

“Superb”
+It's not in Funchal, therefore it's a very quiet neighbourhood (the dogs across the street stay quiet at latest at 9/10pm, it's ok). Easy access to the highway, backery(opens everyday), mini markets and restaurants are not far. Big supermarket in 10 mins drive. The owner is very nice and helpful!
