+The apartment was clean, everything arranged before our arrival was fulfilled.. and the host, Ana, she vas very polite and helpfull, she gave a better value to our stay.

“Superb”
+Great location, beautiful view to the see, spacious terrasse, well-separated bedrooms and living room. Good parkplace for two cars. Very well equipped kitchen.
−In one of the rooms there was no air condition just an old fan, which was enough but too loud.

“Exceptional”
+The accommodation is close to the sea. It is possible to see the sea from the terrace. The beach is small and always crowded but the water is clear and there is enough space in the shade under the pine trees. You don´t need to bring a beach umbrella. The house is cozy, the beds are comfortable. There are 2 bathrooms in the bigger appartment. The kitchen is well equipped. There is enough dishes. We were satisfied.

“A decent location in Krk”
+Villa Cedar is well located a short walk from the very busy pebbly beach and town which are both really fine. The apartment we stayed in had three bedrooms, only two had air conditioning though. The whole apartment is quite nice, if a little dated. The balcony space was good though and the sea view is excellent. The hosts were certainly friendly enough and offered to help with anything.
−Air conditioning in the third bedroom was probably needed especially in August. The area is like suburbia but it is at least close to the beach, a five to ten minute walk, although incredibly busy in peak season with hardly a space due to the many more local tourists from Austria, Germany etc. who spend all day on the beach. Advise anyone coming to hire a car and explore the more remote beaches around the island which are way better.

+Die Unterkunft überzeugt vor allem durch ihre perfekte Lage in unmittelbarer Strandnähe und den herrlichen Balkon mit traumhaftem Meerblick. Auch an Ausstattung mangelt es nicht - Geschirr und Gläser sind ausreichend vorhanden, und die großzügigen Räumlichkeiten bieten viel Platz zum Wohlfühlen. Die Parkmöglichkeiten sind hervorragend, was den Aufenthalt zusätzlich erleichtert. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Vermieterin, die stets bemüht war und sich sofort um Lösungen gekümmert hat. Einige Punkte könnten noch verbessert werden: Im unteren Bad läuft das Wasser nur langsam ab, und in der Küche kommt ein unangenehmer Geruch aus dem Abfluss. Zudem gibt es im oberen Schlafzimmer lediglich einen Ventilator und im Wohnzimmer funktioniert die Klimaanlage nicht. Auch die Möbel sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Trotz dieser Kleinigkeiten haben wir den Aufenthalt sehr genossen - vor allem wegen der tollen Lage, dem Meerblick und der zuvorkommenden Vermieterin.

“Kiábrándító, csalódás, koszos, avitt, az ajtót sem lehet bezàrni, az értékeinket inkàbb a kocsi dsomagtartójába rejtettü”
+Az elhelyezkedése jó,könnyű séta a part és a belvàros.
−Nincs szúnyogháló, az ajtót nem lehet bezárni! Nincs étkező asztal bent, csak a teraszon. Három egyforma székünk volt, a negyedik szinte szétesett. A falak koszosak. Legkondi csak a nappaliban van, az is 10%on működött. Amikor érkezéskor szóvá tettem a tulajdonosnak, hogy a fotókon nem csak a lenti apartman szerepel és ez megtévesztő, és macskapisi szag van a hálószobánál a kóbormacskák miatt, majdhogynem elzavart minket. Szemernyi önkritika nincs benne! Ez nem 3 csillagos apartman, hanem egy lekoszlott igénytelen büdös lakás. A fotón a kanapé, az ajtó, a fal és a zsírfoltos konyhaajtó látható.

+Чудове розміщення для 8 людей ( 4 дорослих і 4 дітей). Будинок затишний, кухня оснащена усім необхідним, посуду було достатньо для нашої компашки, є дві ванні кімнати, зручні широкі ліжка. Житло розташоване за 5-7 хв від моря, пляжі невеликі, але є чудові місця для купання з дітьми. Для любителів вечірніх прогулянок теж є що подивитися, місто і замок гарно освітлюються. Нам сподобався наш відпочинок на "Vila Ceder". Дякуємо пані Анні за гостинність і чудовий настрій!
