−There was no full length mirror anywhere in the villa and as we were attending a wedding, it was a bit of a nuisance.

“Everything we expected and more.”
+Fabulous Vila - the pool and outside area was perfect for long lazy days, the outside kitchen and dinning area had plenty of room for our family to eat, drink, relax and play aboard game or two. The Vila was spotlessly clean and and very well appointed, with even an air fryer, hair drier, blue tooth speaker to mention a few items I had not expected! Plus lovely welcoming neighbours. The location of the Vila ment we could dip in and out of cosmopolitan Albufeira. (Our daughters loved the hammock) thank you for having us x

+Nice pool and the house I located in the nature, but also just a short ride with the car from the city. I have to say the photos are better then in reality and also the size is definitely smaller then indicated (still big enough though)

“Very chilled and enjoyable, likely to return.”
+It was clean and well equipped. Plenty of space, with a comfortable lounge area. Pool and pool area was very clean, great for eating out in the evenings. The beds were very comfy.
−There wasn’t anything we didn’t like. We didn’t find any shops or restaurants nearby, but we were aware of this, there was an excellent taxi service.

“Great stay at Vila Arvela”
+The swimming pool is nice and clean (regularly cleaned during our stay). The house had plenty of room for our family of five. In the house you'll find airconditioning, big smart TV and plenty of kitchen items.
−Cleaning could do a bit better, but we were not disappointed. The stone table with seating is a bit uncomfortable after some days. The beds are a bit too hard for our liking. Some more normal seats would be a great addition to the pool area. Having no curtains in de bedroom with balcony was a bit odd.

+Great space for a family of 4 with older kids
−Not clean on arrival. AC and toilet seat broken on arrival albeit fixed during our stay. Cleanliness not to high standard. Had to chase for a clean after one week. No contact from owner made to arrange. Cleaners spent whole time talking very loudly in their mobile phone whilst cleaning. Not very relaxing!!!

“Leider der erste Totalreinfall für uns bei booking.com. Wir verließen das Haus nach einer Nacht wieder…eigentlich wollte”
+An dieser Unterkunft hat uns gar nichts gefallen. Sobald wir das Grundstück betraten war wirklich alles ekelhaft.
−Die Wände waren verschmutzt. Die Handtücher waren schmutzig und rochen alles andere als frisch. In jedem Bett waren Ameisen. In der Küche und auf den Tischen waren noch die Abdrücke der Gläser und Teller der Vorbewohner. Auf den Sesseln waren Haare von anderen Personen und wir fanden Melonenkerne sogar im Bad. Dad Haus ist sehr stark abgewohnt. Wir verstehen nicht, warum die Bewertung in Sachen Sauberkeit so positiv bewertet wurde. Leider kann man nur 5 Fotos hochladen.

+A casa tem tudo o que é necessário para a estadia, só que se houver algum problema, ninguém aparece para resolver.
−A disponibilidade e apoio para resolução de problemas por parte do anfitrião (empresa?) não é nenhuma. A casa ficou sem luz durante a nossa estadia na véspera da nossa saída. Tentámos contactar o anfitrião e não tivemos qualquer resposta. Durante a manhã quando voltámos a contactar, foi-nos dito que alguém viria para resolver o problema...continuamos à espera até agora. A casa está bastante afastada da praia e do centro (a pé).
