+This is a nice, cozy, modern studio apartment in a quiet street just minutes from the town centre. It's a small apartment but had everything I needed for stay of over two weeks. You can see the mountains from the balcony and it felt very peaceful with the sound of water running in the gutter below. The host was very friendly and helpful, and I appreciated the nice little thoughtful touches like the provision of some snacks and a couple of pods for the coffee machine. Really nice place and I would gladly stay here again.
−There is almost nothing to dislike and the host made sure I knew I was welcome to contact her if I needed anything, but I didn't really need anything else.

“Maybe it is a good place for summer, but not for winter.”
+Renovated apartment, the host was really nice and polite.
−The building itself it is cold and the room couldn’t get warm the first day. The second day the AC stopped working, so it was not nice at all.

“Modern clean apartment near city center”
+Very clean and new studio that corresponds to the pictures. Comfortable mattress and all that you need for your stay Nice view from the balcony Very fast communication with the host Keyless access which is excellent Modern bathroom with a lot of space About 10 min walk to the central square and the church of Bansko Free parking in front of the building
−instructions how to use the coffee machine/washing machine programs could be helpful Put paper towel in the kitchen Apartment is situated in the 2nd floor if you take the elevator. Elevator could be programmed by the elevator company to come back to the first floor because it was often in the 4th floor. No big deal, just how this is done in other buildings to avoid waiting
