“A comfortable, spotless apartment with excellent transport links for exploring Vienna”
+We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was spacious, bright, spotlessly clean and very well equipped. The beds and pillows were comfortable, and the blackout blinds meant we all slept well. There was a large, practical dining table, and everything we needed for cooking, including a good oven and hob. The washing machine and dishwasher were also very handy. We stayed with our two children, including our 20-month-old, and the apartment suited us perfectly. Although it’s a little way from the city centre, we knew that in advance. The number 2 tram stops right nearby and takes you directly to the Opera and other central sights in about 25-30 minutes. It was also easy to reach Schönbrunn Zoo without changing. Shops are close by, and there’s a very good restaurant right across the street. With the windows closed, we couldn’t hear the street noise, and it was generally quiet during the week. Check-in was straightforward, the instructions were clear, and communicating with the host was easy. We had no complaints and would happily stay again. Highly recommended!

“Excellent stay”
+Comfortable clean and ideal for a family. Apartment is beautiful and the host was friendly and responsive. Close to trams and easy access to the city sights. Supermarkets nearby
−The bath tub is a bit deep. It may be a challenge for an elderly person to get in and out.

“Very pleasant and comfortable”
+Really close to tram/bus stop. Quiet, pleasant neighbourhood. Close to Spar shop which sells freshly made filled rolls! Liked the balcony outside the flat which looked over gardens.

“It served its purpose for a few days”
+It was not too far to the street car station and about 30 minutes to Schloß Schönbrunn. There is a fabulous restaurant right across the street where the food was outstanding. The building has no elevator which nade it very hard to haul two heavy suitcases up and down two flights of stairs. Every apartment we rented before provided coffee pods. This place did not and there were no instructions as to which pods to use in that coffee maker so we spent a lot of time researching and in the end we got the wrong pods anyway. That was a big drawback for us coffee drinkers. It is spacious and was clean. I took the photos as we were leaving. We all forgot to take pictures when we arrived.
−There were no coffee pods or instructions which pods to get for that coffee maker. There is no elevator in the building. We had a lot of trouble with the card for the indoor garage. It was not working.
