+It was a beautiful place to stay and had all that we needed. It was very spacious and clean. I would have liked to be able to turn the heating down but that is a personal preference so not really a negative as it was cosy. It was close to amenities and we had a fantastic time 😍

+Perfect for a family or couples. So much space and close to everything we needed. Next time we will stay here as it's so close to Legoland and Windsor itself.

−The apartment had not been cleaned properly. The carpet in the hallway was very dirty. Two of our party were locked in the toilet because of a faulty lock. This would have been serious if staying alone. There were rats in the grounds. For £182.50 a night, we would expect much more.

−We found a dirty sock in our bed, which made us wonder if the linens had been changed. Also, the next guests arrived early in the morning and let themselves in before our checkout time.

“DO NOT STAY HERE. DURING WARM WEATHER!!”
+The property itself is very beautiful and tastefully decorated. I was also grateful that the host allowed us to check in a little earlier than usual.
−The day we arrived, it was 98 degrees outside, and even though I knew it had no air conditioning (I booked it months in advance, so wasn't anticipating that level of heat), I WAS expecting electric fans in the living room and bedrooms to provide some measure of relief. I messaged the host as soon as we arrived and was told the guest from the night before had broken the fan, and if she could find one at the store, it would be delivered. Well, that was a lie because a previous guest also complained about the fan being broken and that review was from longer than the night before. This was the equivalent of staying in a brick oven with absolutely no circulation despite opening the windows because there was no breeze whatsoever! This was far and away the worst experience I've ever had in a rental, and I have been to 28 countries in 35 years of traveling the world! We were so incredibly overheated that I was afraid we would suffer from heat strokes! And good luck getting emergency assistance thanks to three different levels of security! Bottom line, this host gave ZERO thought to our comfort and well-being and the inhumane condition we endured overnight. We had nowhere else to go and wer
