“Lovely Spacious Apartment”
+The apartment was very spacious, and it had everything we needed. It was comfortable and cool in the hot weather. The apartment was situated inside a courtyard with a locked gate. There were many little shops dotted around the area, plus a couple of larger supermarkets about 10 -15 minutes away. The train station is a 25-minute walk where you can also find taxis and an Alibus for the airport. Emanuela was amazing, she waited patiently for us to arrive at the apartment from the airport as our landing was delayed due to someone being stuck on the runway, plus we had booked an Alibus to get us there which was very busy. We also got lost trying to find the apartment as we hadn't put in the full address. After arriving at the apartment, we couldn't find an iron, Emanuela got an iron sent out the very next day. We had also lost our keys whilst visiting Capri, and Emanuela came and met us late in the evening to let us in and give us another set of keys for a small fee which we were very grateful for. I highly recommend MyBnb, and if we were to visit Italy again, I would definitely use this company.

+The hosts were excellent, the communication was very pleasant and smooth. The apartment is spacious and fully equipped. It was super clean. There are only 3-4 steps to climb. It overlooks an inner courtyard, which makes it very safe and quiet. And that is a treat in a vibrant city like Naples. I would describe the bedroom mattress as somewhat too soft, but it didn't cause me any back pain. The space was too dark for my taste, but that is not an essential feature when travelling for short periods. And the bedroom's electrical lighting is really bright, so it's perfect for those who plan to work. The light in the kitchen is slightly dimmer. To the existing set of cutlery I would add a wooden spoon for stirring food and a metal ladle for pouring. The cable of the bedroom's air conditioner is too short to reach the electrical outlet but eventually I found a single-socket extension cord in the corner of the room. Without that, it was too cold in the bedroom even in late March.
−We weren't able to obtain a constant flow of warm water from the flow-through water heater (I am not sure if that is the correct technical term). This was a source of partial discomfort.

+Dobra lokalizacja. Duża przestrzeń w sypialni.
−W łazience nie było mydła, brudna zasłona prysznicowa, prysznic mógł być lepiej posprzątany, był osad i kamień. Czerwona sofa w pokoju bardzo brudna i poplamiona. Sofa w pierwszym pokoju niewygodna do spania, pokój miał mało dziennego światła. W kuchni brakowało ekspresu do kawy lub kawiarki. Śmierdziało stęchlizną ze schowka na sprzęt do sprzątania.

+Rewelacyjna lokalizacja w centrum Neapolu, blisko stacji metra. Klimatyczne i duże mieszkanie w zabytkowej kamienicy z XVI wieku. Dobre wyposażenie agd, klimatyzacja.
