“A Perfect and Comfortable Stay”
+We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was clean, comfortable, cozy, and well located. Everything was perfect, and we really enjoyed our experience. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

−The stay had many issues; overall, it was not a good experience, and we do not recommend it. At first glance, everything appeared very clean and in generally good condition; however, the ceiling lights were covered in a thick layer of dust,clearly, they hadn’t been cleaned for a long time. As you can see in the photos, a light fixture that was originally black had turned practically white from all the dust. This caused us respiratory problems,difficulty breathing and a burning sensation in our eyes throughout the night. In fact, upon returning to my home country, I had to go to the hospital to receive medication for the respiratory issues. Furthermore, we found two small cockroaches on different days near the bathroom and kitchen areas. As for showering, only one person could use hot water; by the time the second person went to shower, the water had already turned cold. On the positive side, the location was perfect, and the check-in process,getting the key and using the access codes,went smoothly. If these issues were addressed, the place would have great potential, but as it stands, we cannot recommend it to anyone.

+Great location, this is the first time we choose apartment. We could not find the key when we arrived. (Because I did not check my email when I arrived.) But someone helped us solved the problem. When we saw the building we were not satisfied. But after stay in, the location is great and the CP value of the room is good. Highly recommend.

+Great value for money and a very pleasant experience for a short stay in Budapest. The studio was clean, tidy, and well-equipped. The bathroom was spotless, with towels, shower gel, and toilet paper provided, and the kitchenette had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent: central, well connected by public transport, and within walking distance of many attractions. Check-in was easy thanks to clear instructions, and communication was smooth throughout. The studio is located on the ground floor of a beautiful historic building, accessible through a charming inner courtyard.
−The only minor drawback is that, due to the age of the building and limited sunlight in some apartments, there can be a slight damp smell. A dehumidifier was already installed in the apartment, which helps, although it can be a bit noisy in the evening. This did not affect my stay and I would happily stay here again.

“Good spot near the center”

“Buena relación precio-calidad”
+La ubicación en buena, cerca de cualquier medio de transporte. Lugar silencioso y cómodo para 2-3 días.
−El ingreso es poco claro y tenebroso, no había ni una luz en el patio donde tuvimos que ingresar. Llegamos de noche, las instrucciones eran poco claras y los link a los videos con instrucciones no funcionaban. Decía que teníamos que abrir el departamento 2 pero la puerta dice 4, la abrimos por probar y una vez adentro de esa vitrina ahí si habia dos puerta, la 1 y la 2. El colchón no es el mejor y solo hay jabón líquido como elementos de higiene personal.

“Szuper elhelyezkedés”
+Nagyon jó elhelyezkedés, tiszta. Két lépésre Spar, szemben a Madách Színház , 5 perc távolságra a New York Kávéház A felszereltsége megfelelő egy rövid tartózkodásnak.
−Földszinti stúdió apartman. A fürdőszobában nem volt vagy nem működött a szellőztetési rendszer.

“Peor de lo esperado”
+La ubicación era muy céntrica, perfecta para ir a pie a todos sitios.
−No era exacto a las fotos, no habia sofa ni tampoco taburetes. Las sabanas y almohadas tenían un olor desagradable y fuerte. No pudimos usar las almohadas para dormir debido al olor. Tampoco habia jabon de ducha ni de manos, dejaron un jabon de manos mezclado con agua.
