“Location is good a bit of noise but what to expect on the main strip. ”
+Location was very good. The name of the apartment is different to what advertised. Actually called versalles. Not pool Levante. Could not find it or taxi drivers as the name it’s different. Something to be aware of.
−The swimming pool was shared with a different apartment was not allowed to access. Made it disappointing. not advertised no entry when booked.

−Accommodation was the worst ants allover bed in lounge. Door didn't lock so had to take out all money, cud use any key. Nothing to wash up with or t towel Air con was crap

“Lovely apartment and value.”
+It was clean, spacious, and also great value for money. The air-conditioning was excellent, too. Located really close to Levante beach too.
−The location to pick up the keys being too far away and not the best explanation initially, but resolved on speaking to the apartment team. Not knowing the pool was closed prior to arrival wasn't a good experience, and no acknowledgement when I asked, says it was closed from 16th September by those who run it.

+Stayed here on my own as I was with a Stag party but wanted my own space. Lovely apartment not too far from the strip but far enough to be calmer and quiet. Apartment was great with plenty of space and all the amenities needed. Clear instructions on how to collect keys and easy check out. Would definitely use again.

“Very good”
+The apartment was very clean . Good value for the price . Good location ,near shops , bus ,bars , cafes . The pool is one of the best , clean , plenty of sunbeds. Loved to sit and look out at the pool,while eating .
−The door key is hard to open, the code needs to be used instead . We were locked out on arrival , because we had no door code . We received help fast . The pillows for beds are really uncomfortable. Needs softer flatter ones . My son has fish allergies, and anaphylaxis. We went self catering because of this . A lady in the apartment was feeding stray cats fish , right outside the block. My son came out and saw this and had a panic attack. She was then touching the doors . I asked for help on this situation ,I put a note up in Spanish and English , the note was taken down after 1 day . To our despair when we came out of the apartment the lady was feeding 4 stray cats with food bowls right outside again . I do feel this was very selfish, we had to stay the whole day before we left because my son had severe anxiety. I understand you can't control what everyone does , but it was a matter of life and death . So don't stay if you have allergies. Also I think the lady could have fed the cats around the corner or over the road as other people were at the restaurant. This completely ruined our holiday . We won't be able to stay again because of this .

+El apartamento era comodo,con AC ,fundamental!!,cerca d la playa,d tiendas y locales de ocio. Tiene una bonita piscina con tumbonas..se agradece!!.. El trato con el personal,fue eficiente y amable. Recomendaria este bonito apartamento para alquilar...
