“Budget apt is great value for those who want big sunny ocean views”
+Apartment was sunny with big rooftop and pretty ocean views. Beds were comfortable with lots of pillows. Hot tub was a big plus when it was working. Owner was always quick to reply and kind. There is one space heater to use during colder evenings. Shower was hot as long as other apt hadn't just used it.
−Hot tub takes about 18 hours to heat up. The filter was clogged and needed to be fixed twice. We weren't spending time at the beach so all the sand must've been from previous users. Some basic kitchen supplies were missing - chopping knife, cutting board, spatula, serving and stirring spoons. There is only one appropriate pan for induction stove use, so cooking is funny.

“Good location, self contained flat”
+I stayed here to go climbing near by, great location for that. Yeray was very hospitable and kind. Lots of parking out the front of the property. The kitchen meant we didn't have to go out to eat every night. We enjoyed our stay!

“Bene ma non benissimo”
+La posizione è a una ventina di minuti dall’aeroporto, quindi molto comodo per l’arrivo e per la partenza. La comunicazione con il proprietario è stata molto efficiente, e in più abbiamo apprezzato il fatto che ci abbia consigliato molti ristoranti dove andare a mangiare
−Purtroppo pensavo ci fossero due bagni (errore mio) e per 5 persone un solo bagno è veramente scomodo. In più non abbiamo potuto usufruire al massimo della casa in quanto essendo in cinque non c’era spazio materiale per sedersi al tavolo tutti quanti e mangiare insieme. La prima sera era particolarmente freddo e dalle finestre (non essendo ben isolate) entrava tantissima aria e vento freddo. Per questo abbiamo contattato il proprietario che ci ha fornito coperte e stufette (di cui una funzionava a metà). La seconda notte ci è andata via la corrente in tutta casa e siamo stati costretti a suonare al citofono dello zio del proprietario che abita proprio sotto a MEZZANOTTE perché eravamo senza corrente. Problema per fortuna risolto. La casa non si affitta completamente ma ci sono delle zone condivise. Purtroppo dal secondo giorno sono arrivati dei ragazzi che hanno iniziato a fare tanta confusione rientrando anche alle 6 di mattina, svegliandoci spesso e sporcando le zone in comune. Non ritornerei di nuovo in questa struttura

+Place de parking à proximité, literie assez confortable. Assez bien placé, pas trop loin de certains centres d'intérêt (15/20 min de plages et grande ville). Bien placé si on veut visiter le sud et le nord lors du même séjour et si on n' a pas peur de rouler. Le petit chauffage portatif nous a sauvés.
−Nous avons trouvé le logement mal agencé humide et froid (mois de décembre); seulement un petit chauffage radiant pour se chauffer. Dans la salle de bain, rien pour accrocher ses serviettes, rien pour ranger ses affaires. Pas assez d'ustensiles de cuisine, le strict minimum. Appartement mal insonorisé. Pièce de vie sombre et étriquée.

“Hôte agréable mais logement décevant.”
+Le toit terrasse offre une belle vue, le lit double est confortable, la douche fonctionne très bien (très bonne pression). L’hôte est très disponible, agréable et réactif en cas du moindre besoin.
−Mauvaise insonorisation (aboiement de chiens nuit et jour + voisins de palier), mauvaise isolation (grosse pluie qui rentre par les fenêtres fermées) appartement froid et humide (absence de chauffage). Machine à laver mais absence d’étendoir portable, le grille pain ne fonctionnait pas, la chaudière gouttait. Absence de la table extérieure indiquée sur les photos pour la terrasse. La luminosité est très basse le soir (lumières jaunes peu éclairantes) mais logement très lumineux en journée. Absence de meuble de rangement dans la salle de bain comme indiqué sur les photos.
