+Spacious and cozy. Two shower+wc and a separate WC. Plenty of amenities even with board games for kids.
−Door lock of the front building entrance seemed fragile. Digital lock of the apartment door cannot operate to unlock the door. Spare key is provided to open the apartment door. Location is ok with at least 10 to 15 minutes of walk to major attractions and decent cafes and restaurants. Buildings in the immediate vicinity looks old and worn out.

“A spacious home away from home”
+The apartment is very spacious, has 3 toilets and 2 en-suite bathrooms. The living area is large with comfortable furniture and lovely decor. The kitchen has everything you would need for cooking and the cupboard is stocked with some essentials as well as dog food and a special feeding bowl for pets. I loved the nice laundry room with a washer and dryer. All cleaning supplies and toiletries were provided. A family of 4 could easily live here. It felt spacious and homey and was very quiet.
−The town is undergoing renovations so there are multiple buildings covered in graffiti, bags of trash and building supplies. The interior of the building looks dirty and is in need of renovation. Once I opened the door to the apartment and realized how lovely and spacious it was I had no further concerns.

“Perfect Apartment in a perfect location with a perfect host.”
+We found the apartment perfectly located, with what seemed to hundreds of bars, coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance. Although the streets were very busy during the day, we had no issues with noise at night. The apartment was very clean and modern, tastefully decorated and well equipped. Neven was a perfect host and very quick to respond with any and all inquiries we had. If we were to return to Zagreb, we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

−The road noise at night in the bedrooms was annoying and the door code stopped working, fortunately the owner had a quick fix.
