“Nice place, no internet”
+This property is managed by a company which owns several apartments in the iconic Copan building. The staff were all very friendly, the location is excellent and the Copan is a magnificent work of architecture with all kinds of unusual characteristics and the best coffee house in Sao Paulo, Floresta, in its entrance corridor.
−I traveled to S. Paulo for one week to cover the elections for a foreign television news channel. Less than 24 hours after I arrived the wifi went down. I was told it was due to a service provider problem involving the company Claro. 5 days later, I still had no wifi. I find it hard to believe that one of Brazil's big 3 internet service providers was inoperable in downtown S. Paulo for 5 days. In terms of support, I was instructed to see if I could connect to the wifi of any of their other apartments on different floors. This worked in an on again/off again fashion for the first few days, but never gave me a download speed above 6 MPS, with almost no upload capacity whatsoever (which I needed for my job). Finally, on Oct 26, the day before checkout, they offered me use of another apartment that had working wifi. This was after election day though, when most of my work was finished. For the price charged, not delivering on the promised free wifi was simply unacceptable. I would not recommend this apartment service for anyone who is in S Paulo for work and needs internet.

+A localização era ótima. A padaria perto do prédio também é muito boa.
