+Super central position. Nice staff. Good value. We also had a small issue with the water heater but they did repair it in a couple hours. Very good
−It has not much light, it could feel dark for some people.

“Great city, location & hosts. There were some nice features including a cool funky vibe, however the low low ceiling”
+Great location. Friendliness & communication with host pre & during stay, who were efficiently responsive. Cool funky vibe to the unit. Serviceable & efficient galley style kitchen & dressing/storage room.
−The ceiling height in the bedrooms & in particular the second bedroom were impractical for the average height adult… great for kids. Heights need to be thoroughly understood before booking, as average height person cannot stand upright . Additionally the staircase with its half steps & step gradient was hazardous, particularly if needing to use bathroom which is located downstairs.

“Not suitable for anyone over 1.3m”
+It was in a lovely area. Lots of good value restaurants. Within walking distance of centre and metro round the corner.
−When speaking via WhatsApp with the property I checked that it was on the ground floor as one of our party had mobility problems. I was assured all was accessible. We arrived to find that the bedrooms were both accessed by a narrow open staircase to a mezzanine where unless you were under 5feet you could not stand up! Luckily there was a bed settee we could open that filled the lounge area! I was very unhappy at this.

“Good stay for couple of days.”
+The location was great. So close to shop, restaurants and bar. Property was clean. Beds were comfortable.
−The bedroom has very narrow staircase and very low ceilings The shower doesn’t have good drainage. Beware not to use the full water pressure as the shower will get over flow.

“Definitely recommend for a shorter stay in Madrid!”
+Very good location. Near metro, shops and restaurants. Very quiet, didn’t hear any noise at all, and a comfortable temperature inside, although very hot outside
−The ceiling a bit low on the loft, we all bumped our heads

“Excellent”
+The apartment is beautiful, excellent location near to the metro (you can reach Gran Via on foot in about 10/15 minutes). Ceilings in the bedroom area are actually kind of low, especially in one of the two bedrooms, but it did not bother us at all. Definitely suggest!
