“perfect location and very attentive Giovanni”
+This is an apartment in the center of catania’s heart. I had problems with the arriving time due to airline delays, and when I was supposed to arrive at midnight, I ended up arriving at 6 am in the morning; our host was incredibly considered and had no problem to reschedule the check-in time, what’s more, he had some local coffee and desserts by the time I was there, even offered to discount the fee of the night I couldn’t stay. Not only the house is comfy but the host prepared and clean all for my stay. Finally, he recommended very delicious local restaurants and checked on me while I was there, just in case I needed anything. Highly recommended place to visit in spring.

+The apartment was huge, comfy and has everything you might need. The host is very responsive and friendly, he also provided the welcome snacks and bottled water (2l per night!). Thank you, Giovanni! The location is great: it's super central, there are a plenty of cafes and shops nearby.
−There was an issue with the hot water, and it could be quite noisy on the streets in the late evening as the location is very central and there is club nearby.

+Having this wonderfully appointed old home to myself was quite unexpected. The amenities are outstanding, with everything you would expect in a family home. The central location enables great access to all attractions and facilities. The place is immaculately clean and very comfortable.

“A home-like feeling in Catania”
+* Top location: two steps to the Piazza del Duomo, via Etnea; the Teatro Massimo Bellini is next-door. * Spacious apartment with two bedrooms and an extra bed - I felt almost guilty to stay there alone. Really a home-like feeling. Old historic building with high ceilings and some original details preserved, but with necessary modernization, like extra window-frames with double glass to protect from outside noise. * Good WiFi in the whole apartment * The host Giovanny is very helpful and nice
−* The shower needs some repairs and small replacements * Bars and discoes on the ground floor in the street attracted some noisy youngsters Saturday night, but the double-glass windows of the apartment are enough noise-proof.

+The apartment is very close to the city center. It has everything you need to have a nice stay. It is quite big and well equipped. Internet works well. The contact with Giovanni was very pleasant, all questions or requests were addressed quickly. Giovanni checked me in at 1 am which is not that obvious.
−It is quite noisy outside in the evening, especially during weekends. Even though there are new windows in the apartment, you can feel the beat. Humidity is quite high in the apartment, you can smell it in some rooms. Good I had a choice of a room.

“Perfect location and plenty of space”
+Very large apartment, perfectly located, just a few minutes walk to the Piazza del Duomo. The windows offered good protection from street noise It has a washing machine and the apartment is fully equipped with air condition in every room. Giovanni was very welcoming and had left some biscuits and water and juice in the fridge for my arrival Next time I come to Catania, I'll book this apartment again. Highly recommend

“Great host”
+Host was very kind person. After he handed keys to apartment, he personally gave us little tour around the near center. He says that it is his hobby to welcome tourists. At day of departure, he helped us to store our luggage for rest of day, so we could go to beach. Luggage was stored in near by hotel where works his friend.
