“Bueatful area, but terrible stay.”
+The apartment was roomy, and the view wonderful.
−We had to wait over an hour to get the key code as the manager did not carry his phone. Working with booking.com ended up with cancelation of our reservation without notifiying us. WE had to pay in cash, after many texts and calls with the manager. The apartment had nothing in the kitchen such as coffee, etc. Parking to unload was horrible, but we did have a garage to park the car in..... MILE AWAay. This is a three hundred year old apartment, so one can't expect much. But there seemed to be NO effort to spruce up the place. If you plan to stay here, get groceries or anything else as you pass through COMO city,

−Unfortunately the house was very dirty, I didn't even use the shower because it was covered in other people's hair. 400€ is not the price of this place.

−Connection with city Como is very difficult. Most of the taxis refused to go up in the evening so If you have a luggage or are traveling with kids , I recommend to hire a car

+It’s a spacious villa for a family of 5. Bus stop is steps away, and the ferry stop and restaurants at walking distance as well. Beautiful view from master bedroom and bathroom window. Bathroom window was full of dust and needs cleaning.
−No bath soap or shampoo provided and the grocery store is not nearby to get these items if you don’t have a car.

−Walking to apartment from the parking garage isn't far, but a little difficult with young kids and luggage as part of the walk is on a road without a sidewalk.
