“Superb”

“Vaschome Stay”
+The apartment has a good kitchen with all major appliances, but lacked bread and cutting knives. The coffee maker was also of good quality. It is a safe neighbourhood at night, which also has the bus and metro service in close proximity.
−The hosts were extremely rude and not very accommodating. There needs to be a better system in place to facilitate the paying of the city tax within 24 hours. They did not tell us beforehand that we needed to have the cash on the day we arrived. We booked the apartment for 7 days, there were no instructions pertaining to the rules etc. There was only one refuse bag, which was already in the bin. The bin was overflowing by the end of the week and we did not know where to dump the rubbish or if there were special days for discarding rubbish. We requested washing powder for the washing machine, but was informed by the host that we could not use it as the previous tenants had flooded the apartment. After much fiery discussions, they eventually agreed and said we could use the machine, but we had to purchase the washing powder ourselves, without being re-imbursed. With regards to the flooding of the apartment, I looked at the water discharge pipe of the machine and it was screwed on incorrectly. I corrected this and that being said we never experienced any flooding. The description for the apartment says it's in a 'quiet neighbourhood', this is not true at all. A noisy and busy road pas

−Abbiamo trovato per 4 persone per 4 giorni 4 capsule di caffè, niente bagnoschiuma e nel complesso altri piccoli servizi di solito inclusi nei BnB non presenti. Ottima casa per due persone, per quattro troppo piccola.

+Asunto vastaa kuvausta. Asunto on hyvällä paikalla metrolinja A: n asemien Ponte Lungo ja Re di Roma lähellä. Asuntoon majoittuu mukavasti neljä henkilöä, vuodesohvakin on hyvä nukkua. Sisäänkirjautuminen on helppoa isännän ohjeilla ja koodeilla.

“Excelente custo benificio!”
+Apartamento lindíssimo!!!! Tem de tudo pra oferecer uma hospedagem completa. Apesar de não ser no centro de Roma, tem muitos meios de transporte pra se locomover na cidade. Não me arrependi em nada de ficar um pouco mais distante.
−Se eu puder reclamar de algo, seria que o ar condicionado fica na sala e não no quarto. Então tive que dormir na sala. Mas nada que atrapalhasse minha estadia até mesmo pq o sofá é bem confortável

“Взагалі нормальні апартаменти, але проблеми з водою і дивне відношення власника зіпсували загальне враження”
+Зручні і досить просторі апартаменти, нормальне місце розташування
−Ми забронювали апартаменти на 4 дні. Уже в першу ніч господар почав вимагати терміново надіслати паспортні дані та навіть погрожував поліцією, через що довелося відправити їх о 3-й ночі. Зранку не було гарячої води , господар просто вимкнув бойлер і нічого не сказав. Наступного дня взагалі відключили воду більш ніж на добу. Жодних попереджень чи рішень від господаря не було, лише після нашого прохання він приніс дві упаковки питної води, якою ми змушені були користуватися півтора дня для всіх потреб. Без води неможливо користуватися ні туалетом, ні душем, ні кухнею. Це зіпсувало відпочинок у Римі.

“Komfortowy pobyt w pięknym i świeżo wyremontowanym mieszkaniu”
+Obiekt świeżo po remoncie, wszystkie sprzęty nowe, czyste, brak jakichkolwiek uszkodzeń, plam, dziwnych zapachów. Bardzo wygodne obydwa łóżka, świetnie się wysypialiśmy. Klimatyzacja sprawnie działała, bardzo cicha. Właściciel bardzo pomocny, responsywny, udzielał szybkiej odpowiedzi na nasze zapytania, sprostał naszym oczekiwaniom, zapewniał pomoc, kiedy była potrzebna. Naprawdę dobrze czuliśmy się w tym mieszkaniu. Okolica bezpieczna, sam budynek i klatka piękne, bardzo czyste. Do metra około 7 minut spokojnym spacerkiem. Według mnie mieszkanie jest lepsze niż na zdjęciach, sypialnia z balkonem, zamykana, z dużą, narożną szafą, w której można pomieścić ubrania i rzeczy calej rodziny. Byliśmy z 5 letnią córką, na 7 dni, i był to bardzo komfortowy pobyt. Dziękujemy!
