−Owner kept the key at a place which was far from the apartment and with heavy luggage it was very troublesome to find that place at 10pm in the night and then again came back to the apartment when everything was closed and there was this locked front door. Windows could not be opened and there was nothing in the room, not even toilet paper or any cleaning arrangements for the utensils. The owner didn't respond at all.

“Disappointing”
+Great location and good use of the space. The balcony was lovely to have.
−When we arrived it seemed like the place hadn’t been cleaned (crumbs on kitchen sides and seats, dirt on the floor, poo stains around the toilet, surfaces dusty). We messaged the owners on the first night for the place to be cleaned and to have washing up liquid but we never received a response (we were there 4 nights). This was appalling. There was a coffee machine but no tea or coffee was provided. The pillows were also awful and so thin, I saw this was a complaint from last year too and it seems they have still not been replaced.

+The location was fantastic, and we really loved the apartment’s design and atmosphere. The balcony was one of our favorite features, and we spent a lot of enjoyable time there. The apartment was beautifully decorated, comfortable, and made our stay very pleasant. The only downside was that we had to pick up the key from a different location, and communication with the host was sometimes slower than expected. However, these were minor inconveniences compared to the overall experience. The apartment is truly beautiful and definitely worth it. We would happily stay here again.

“Keyifli merkezi konumda memnuniyetle gidebilirsiniz”
+Konumu çok iyiydi ev içi kullanım ve eksiksiz malzeme vardı. Ekstradan şampuan falanda koymuştu. Çok memnun kaldım.
−Balkon kirliydi ve sıgara izmariti doluydu. Bir de anahtara ulaşmak biraz zor oldu.

“Útulný apartmán vo výhodnej lokalite.”
+Ubytovanie je vo výbornej, i keď trochu rušnejšej lokalite, s dobrou dostupnosťou na električku, blízko je nákupné centrum a viaceré reštaurácie a kaviarne. Apartmán je nový, čistý, vhodný pre 1, max. 2 osoby. Vybavenie podľa popisu, nič viac, nič menej. Výhodou je priestranná terasa s výhľadom.
−Priestor je výborne usporiadaný, treba však počítať s menšou kúpeľňou. Súčasťou zariadenia nie sú bežné potraviny (soľ, cukor a pod.), ako by mohol niekto očakávať (v popise nie sú ani uvedené, takže je to v poriadku a navyše hygienické). Ak teda plánujete variť, treba sa spoľahnúť na vlastné zásoby. Vzhľadom na to, že v meste je dostatok stravovacích kapacít, nebolo nutné variť, preto túto poznámku nepíšem ako výslovné negatívum, ale ako odporúčanie pre tých, ktorí sú zvyknutí na isté zásoby v ubytovacích zariadeniach.

+Apartament znajduje się w doskonałej lokalizacji. Świetny kontakt z gospodarzami, byli bardzo pomocni. Bardzo czyste, zadbane mieszkanie. Po całym dniu zwiedzania z przyjemnością tam wracaliśmy.

+Appartamento centralissimo a due passi dalla piazza della città vecchia, con terrazzo con vista panoramica sulla città in contesto tranquillo ed elegante. Bagno pulito e doccia comoda. Materasso del letto comodo. L' appartamento è piccolo ma reso funzionale per come arredato e strutturato con gusto. Trovato bollitore con bustine di thè molto gradite. Proprietaria gentile e disponibile.
−Non ho dato il massimo della valutazione solo perché avrei preferito trovare una maggiore cura in termini di manutenzione e pulizia : macchinetta caffè espresso inutilizzata perché le capsule trovate non erano del giusto formato, di zucchero solo 6 bustine quindi comprate noi altre perché a parte vi era zucchero nel barattolo palesemente sporco, terrazzo con divanetto non pulito e privo di una luce per la sera, polvere accumulata sotto il divanetto posto lateralmente e sovraelevato rispetto al letto, per la quale un allergico non avrebbe dormito bene. Forno con residui attaccati di cibo: quest' ultima cosa è stata prontamente segnalata alla propietaria che subito si è resa disponibile ad inviare la signora delle pulizie, va precisato, ma stando solo tre giorni non volevamo avere vincoli di orario per usufruire dell' appartamento e quindi abbiamo rifiutato preferendo non utilizzare il forno. In linea di massimo la struttura merita, ma sarebbe auspicabile un maggiore controllo - cura al cambio degli ospiti, visto che purtroppo non tutti lasciano l'appartamento in condizioni normali. Quindi ciò che non ci è piaciuto rientra negli inconvenienti capitabili ed è descritto solo per esorta
