“Wonderful location, and a very good value, a few small details could have made it perfect.”
+Fantastic location near the Vatican. The three bedrooms and three baths were perfect for our group. The beds were comfortable, the showers had great pressure.
−A few small things could have made our stay even better. We were provided with just one towel and one roll of TP per person, along with one trash bag for our four night stay. Shampoo and body wash were also not provided. It would have been nice not to worry about purchasing basic supplies while on vacation. Check in was also a little stressful due to our delayed flight and the strict 8Pm cutoff. Although we arrived on time, we had to wait more than 20 minutes for our host to arrive to let us in and were threatened with a $50.00 fee if we were late. On a side note. there were a few things missing in the kitchen that would have been very nice. A spatula, wine glasses and a coffee pot for more than one person would have been amazing.

+We especially loved the excellent location, the comfort, and the cleanliness of the apartment. It was well-equipped and perfect for our family. Francesco deserves special praise for being so kind, helpful, and always available. Thanks to him, our stay was smooth and stress-free. “Be careful of the EXTRA AIR CONDITIONER FEE”
+The PAID air conditioner worked well even during an extreme heat wave, but it was quite pricey. Make sure to read the instructions carefully!!! The host came to the property earlier than the normal check-in time to hand us the keys. The property is spacious and super close to the Vatican.
−EXTRA FEE for the AIR CONDITIONER!!! The stove igniter was broken, so it kept clicking and trying to ignite whenever the electricity was turned on. Unfortunately, the dishwasher shared the same electrical connection with the igniter, so the dishwasher was barely usable. The blankets on top of the sheets did not seem clean. My friend and I both developed skin irritation after touching them, and the host declined to provide us with additional clean sheets. The soundproofing in the street-facing rooms was not very good, and the beds were too soft for us.

+Idealna lokalizacja przy Watykanie, blisko do metra, do restauracji, praktycznie pod samymi drzwiami ( Osteria dei Gracchi 19 alla Braccioleria) , zaraz przy drzwiach wejściowych sklep spożywczo-przemysłowy, spokojna dzielnica, deptak. W budynku znajduje się winda (apartament na trzecim piętrze).W apartamencie dwie łazienki, 2 suszarki do włosów, ręczniki, naczynia, czajnik, wszystko co potrzeba; bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem, szybko odpisuje, punktualny, zorganizował wczesnoporonny transport taxi-van na lotnisko. Samemu trzeba sobie zorganizować środki czystości, o czym z reszta właściciel informuje przed przyjazdem.
