+It’s a nice house with a lovely little back garden with a table and chairs. Good facilities inside.
−Tiny gripe: the rush or rope flooring was really sore on the feet!

“Really pleased with the cottage. Lovely views!”
+Really easy to access the keys and let ourselves into the property. There was plenty of room for 5 people and all of our belongings and food. A second bathroom is a massive plus! Very lovely location with very beautiful views. Hot water and heating worked perfectly. Kitchen was well equipped. Close to Wells Next The Sea beach and Blakeney.
−A 5 p.m. check in time is quite late, especially with a toddler. I want to get into somewhere and check the hot water works, settle my child and eat dinner. 3 or 4pm would be much nicer. Car park spaces weren’t always accessible during our stay so we had to park a bit further up in the pub car park - not the end of the world.

“Nice cottage in a good location and we enjoyed our stay but a bit pricy.”
+Stiffkey is a quiet and pretty village with a good pub (next door) and interesting store. The cottage has good size lounge / dining areas and the bedrooms are characterful (with enough headroom) and nice views from the front.
−The photos make clear what you're getting but we thought it was a nice place rather than a special place

−all great but tiny bit of feedback please cut back the plants at the back of the car park it was difficult to park and reverse out without catching the long brambles hanging down into the car park behind our parking space

“Lovely, well maintained comfortable cottage, ideal base for exploring the coast, a relaxing break”
+Good location for exploring the coast. A lovely well maintained cottage, the downstairs is spacious with a well equipped kitchen and the lounge has two large comfortable sofas. The beds are comfortable too and there is a pretty small courtyard garden which all made for a very relaxing stay. The hot water failed but was repaired and working again the same day, very good customer service. There is car parking at the back of cottage.
−There are steep steps leading to the back door entrance of the property from the car park. The upstairs bathroom is rather narrow, the carpets on the stairs and in the bedrooms seem rustic and hard wearing, rather than designed for comfort. Overall a lovely cottage and this didn't spoil our stay.
