“Misleading ad!”
−Your ad on this property for rent was grossly misleading. We wanted to reserve the loft; instead, what we we got was the smaller apartement with the tiny living room and tiny kitchen. You mixed the pictures of two different apartments -- we thought it was the loft we were renting.

“Reason why Italy is failing as a nation”
+The location, it was very quiet
−Well. The flat was cold and the heater’s didn’t work. I had to turn them on to find out they have an error message. Talked to managing person who was negligent and rude to me. After spending lots of time trying to figure it out myself, I realised the heaters were full of water that has to go somewhere when they operate but the owners of the flat didn’t make anything for water to leave. So that’s why it was filled and they stopped working. I cleaned the whole thing and had to connect things where water will go while heaters are working myself. All of this took 3 hours to figure out on my own while in the cold property. Next day I said this to the management of the flat and they told me “good job my boy”. Booking support didn’t get back to me either. I simply gave up and hated the whole experience because of such negligence. Even the getting in and out of the flat was annoying because you have to pick up a set of 8-9 keys and no one tells you which key is for what. When asked management, was told “well you have to try them all and figure out” in a very toxic manner. These people are negligent, lazy and unconcerned. No willingness to be nicer.

“Alles wunderbar erholsam! Ich empfehle es weiter!”
+Alles wunderbar! Die Wohnung ist super, sehr schön und groß. Ein schönen Blick, allerdings zu der andere Seite, nicht zur See. Es ist 5 km weit von der Comer Altstadt aber mit den Bus N7 u d N11 super und bequem zu erreichen, so hat man auch keine Parkplatz-Problematik. Im Endeffekt man ist in Urlaub und kann man alles, so wie in Italien ist, erleben und genießen. Immer wieder gerne!
−Es ist ein wenig schwierig beim Ankunft ohne Internet, oben auf dem Berg hatte ich kein Empfang. Mein Internet hat da oben nicht funktioniert und ohne bekommt man nicht die Eingangs-Code und die restlichen Infos. Ich musste eine Frau aus der Nachbarschaft um Internet bitten.

+Tenia un llit molt confortable. L'apartament esta genial per uns dies de vacances, te de tot. Les vistes a Suïssa i les muntanyes nevades.
−No tenia balcó ni sofà i una mica rebuscat del centre de Como. Però després del dies ja t'acostumes.
