“Best apartment stay ever”
+Perfect from start to finish. Excellent communication from owners who met us personally to let us in and showed us how everything worked. Best equipped apartment I have ever stayed in. They have thought of everything, including hand-wash, washing up liquid, clother tea towels, cooking oil and much more. Lots of towels, toilet rolls etc. We left a charger by accident and they bought it to us where we were in Benidorm. Thank you so much.
−It is up a hill. However, a taxi is only 6-8 euros from New/Old Town

“Lovely comfortable stay and weather was glorious . Visited tge pizzeria Duetto twice for a meal and it was fantastic all”
+The owner Len was amazing so helpful and kind . He even left us provisions in the fridge which were a lifesaver as we have young children and it meant we didn’t have to go out shopping when we arrived . Apartment was spotless and there was everything you could possibly need . He helped us with our cases too which I thought was lovely of him
−The property is up a hill which isn’t too steep but wouldn’t be good for anyone with mobility issues I took my time stopping occasionally and took a taxi one day it was under 6 euros so no big deal

+Owner of the property met us with keys he was very nice and chatty explained what things were for as we arrived late he put some essentials in the fridge for us and a plate of fruit with a personalised message to enjoy the apartment and our stay which I thought was a really nice touch

+Everything about the apartment was perfect. The meet and greet was great. The cleanliness and thoughtfulness that has gone into the presentation is far beyond what we have experienced in Benidorm before. There was nothing not to like.

+Apartment spotlessly clean and comfortable,plenty of fresh towels,hosts left fresh fruit,water,milk and a selection of tea,coffee,biscuits for our arrival.
−Water temperatures in showers a wee bit up n down but not unmanagable and location just a wee bit remote from main ameneties.

“Great host with a great property. Would definitely book again”
+Very clean and spacious apartment with gated security. Comfortable and well maintained with everything you could need . Len met us on arrival and was fantastic. Gave us the grand tour and a little welcome pack which was very nice as we arrived very late in the evening. There is ample parking in the streets nearby

“5* apartment for a 3* price”
+Was greeted on arrival by Len, who should us around his lovely apartment. Large 2 bedroom apartment that was better than expected. Couldn't fault anything.
−On a long hill, that might be an issue for people with walking difficulties.
