“Comfortable and clean at a great location”
+We had a great stay at Apartamento V4. The apartment is simple and on the smaller side, but it was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable week-long stay. The location is great - everything is within walking distance, which made getting around really easy. The host was friendly and very helpful, offering great tips on local restaurants and bike rentals, and arranged our airport transfers. Overall, a lovely stay and great value!
−It’s not very soundproof and you can hear some noise from the road and the neighbors, but it was quiet at night, so it didn’t disturb our rest.

“Great location and nice host but loud, heavy cleaning chemicals smell, not easy parking. Not worth the price.”
+The good: location is great. Apartment is stocked nicely. Communication was great. Host super nice. The bad: the use of heavy smelling cleaner and glade plug in. The room smelled very strong and caused me 2 days of sneezing. Opened window and put glade outside and still. Parking is not easy like we were told. Limited space and tight. The place is new and nice but very narrow with weird layout. Basically one long room. One door with window only. Noisy. Walls thin and can hear people above outside etc. fridge kicks in and is right behind bed and loud too. Bottom line for that price can find better options.

“Exceptional”
+Host was great, AC broke but he managed to get it replaced within a day. He also offered tips for getting around, eating and shopping. The place was nicely decorated and clean. Nespresso machine including capsules provided and tea as well.

“Prima appartement op een goede locatie, maar meerdere comfort problemen vielen tegen voor deze prijs.”
+Goede locatie. Het appartement is netjes en schoon. Leuk ingericht. De host reageert snel en maakte een vroegere check-in voor ons mogelijk.
−De ventilatie in het appartement is beperkt, waardoor natte handdoeken en andere spullen erg langzaam drogen. De koelkast maakte veel lawaai. Hij stond op 2m afstand van het bed dus dit was storend tijdens het slapen. De douchekop bleef niet in de houder hangen omdat het clipje van de houder kapot was. Het appartement was erg gehorig. De voordeur komt direct uit op de straat en is slecht geïsoleerd, waardoor voorbijrijdend verkeer erg duidelijk hoorbaar was.

+O Dário é um excelente anfitrião, muito simpatico e muito disponível. A localização é muito boa, muito central e com facilidade de estacionamento.
−A única coisa que alterava é a porta de entrada, talvez uma porta em madeira sem vidro, permitia eliminar a luminosidade, apesar de haver um black out, e por outro lado, permitia uma melhor insonorização.
