“This was a good base of operations for seeing Split.”
+Zana was incredibly responsive. We arrived early and she came into the city immediately to check us in and orient us to the property. She even responded late that night when we had issues with the wifi, and everything was fixed in about 15 minutes. The apartment was very comfortable and well laid-out, with a comfortable balcony with a view of Split. The washer was a nice convenience.
−Although there was a parking lot behind the building, it was almost impossible to find a space. This was true everywhere we went in Split.

“Perfect place for a couple”
+The apartment looks better than the photos. Our hostess met us for check in and showed us everything and how to work the washer and how to hang clothes outside to dry. This is a perfect place for a couple after long travel because you have separate bedroom if one needs to sleep.
−The bed pillows were too soft for my comfort.

−The parking is free but good luck finding one :( we paid with the meter in front of building. Worth the stay tough.

+The location of the apartment is perfect, the old town is just a short walk away and the view from the balcony is amazing. Zana is the best host, she answered any messages immediately, helped with everything and even left us food and drinks in the fridge because there was a national holiday when we arrived. 10/11 :)

“This apartment live us to its name and offers a luxury experience 10 minute walk to the old town”
+The interior design details added to the luxury feel of the apartment. The bed and bedding were very luxurious, like you would find at a five star hotel. The host provided a variety of snacks such as wine, beer, cheese etc. The AC works great and is individually controlled in the living space and bedroom. The balcony has a nice view over the old town to the ocean and has a remote control shad awning to make if comfortable to enjoy.

“A great apartment with luxury touches in a perfect location.”
+A fantastic apartment with luxurious touches. Complimentary milk, butter, jam, wine, cheese, tea, coffee etc. was well appreciated by us weary travellers. Zana goes above and beyond what is expected of a host and offers great advice on restaurants etc. We just loved all the extra touches, luxurious bed, bedding and towels, great size bathroom and shower, blackout blinds in the bedroom, quality kitchen equipment, comfy lounge, two big smart TV's, one in the bedroom, balcony with electric awning, extra lighting everywhere, washing machine, iron and ironing board. We stayed at 9 different accommodations during our Europe holiday and this apartment was the most comfortable and the host was by far the best. As others have stated, the outside of the apartment building is not wonderful but don't let it put you off. Once inside it is just lovely. The apartment lift can be a bit noisy at times but not enough to bother us. Excellent location, just a 10 min walk into the centre of the old town. Be sure to visit Deboto Kitchen & Lounge, only a 5 min walk away with delicious food, great service and good prices.

“Great location … comfy apartment and bed. The waterfront is a 10 minute walk through Old Town and very scenic.”
+The interior of the apartment was beautiful, modern and had everything we needed. The bed was super comfortable and the decor was terrific. Also the location was terrific and was within easy walking distance of the waterfront and old town as well as many restaurants and a grocery store.
−Unfortunately the outside of the building had graffiti everywhere and the lobby was dirty and littered with a few pieces of old old mail and a wooden palate.

+We had a very helpful and welcoming reception. The apartment was immaculate and very well laid out with everything that we required. It was clear that a lot of thought had gone into designing and furnishing the apartment. We very much enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it as an excellent base to explore Split and the surrounding islands.
